Zaca did a great job coming to check our system. But meanwhile I was having a hard time recuperating from a bad experience at the dentist...so he cheerfully chatted with me in such a way that I felt distracted from the discomfort. He did extra things to help like bring in the garbage cans since it is trash day...and noticed we need a surge protector on the new washer machine...a stranger who turned into an instant friend. It is very rare to encounter a company who's employees know their job very well. Work ethic and communication is difficult to teach and train; however, all the Pacific Aire's employees are amazing. Pacific Aire has never disappointed me in any service appointment. I have been a club member for over 4 years since I bought my home. I have always found Pacific Aire to be consistently excellent and today, once again, did not disappoint! Zaca was my technician and was so above and beyond with his professionalism and comprehensive service. He went the extra distance with not just thorough maintenance service, but also in making sure I had a complete understanding of my equipment and systems (no matter how many times I need it explained nor how many questions I ask!). He didn't just do the service, he hosed off my unit outside and polished it. He even offered to change a lightbulb where he noticed one was out! Zaca, like all Pacific Aire technicians, had impeccable manners and respect for my home and family. The longevity of my equipment is due to the high quality products used by Pacific Aire in combination with the maintenance they offer. I normally do not look forward to having home repair/maintenance people come to the house, but the technicians from Pacific Aire are so well-trained and friendly and helpful that it is a great experience. Mike M. from Pacific Aire came out to inspect and service my air conditioning system. He was great...very thorough, careful and knowledgable. I like the fact that he wore shoe covers when walking thru the house and put a tarp down under his ladder.

Dustin was very friendly and helpful when he came over to my house to look at my Air conditioning unit and heater. He was not a pushy sales person but rather very friendly and honest and made the whole experience enjoyable. 've been a satisfied customer of Pacific Aire for 12 years. As a company, they have always shown themselves to be knowledgeable, efficient and courteous. This translates to their staff who in turn make the customer feel comfortable. Today, their technician, Ozzie Garcia came to do a service to ready my heating system for the months ahead. Ozzie has been to my home in the past for a service to my central air conditioning. As usual, he arrived at the appointed time and was friendly and respectful. Zaca went above and beyond good customer service. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. He even saved us money by driving and meeting up with another company truck to retrieve a part we needed that he did not have on his truck so that he would not have to make a second service call to us at another time. I wanted to give a review on Pacific Aire and specifically "Zaca". We have a monthly account with Pacific Aire and a couple of weeks ago, Pacific Aire sent Zaca to look things over with our HVAC. Zaca was a pleasure to work with, he is friendly, professional and clearly experienced. He respected our property and was knowledgeable and careful with everything he did. Earlier this week, I had my winter Prep Inspection, and my Tech was a handsome, respectful young Redhead named Ashtin (with an I). He was well mannered, but most important, he was honest, very thorough and followed through with his company's requirements, even though I was frustrated and confused. He handled my stressed attitude extremely well, even though he could not get the answers I needed from his managers at the time he was at my home. He never stopped genuinely smiling, and never showed any type of negativity, even though I was doing it pretty well myself. He left giving hope, and all the information I could possible use to follow-up on my confusion and concern. Late, I spoke with a really nice, well spoken manager, Lawrence, and we solved the confusion, but meanwhile, after Ashtin;s service, he does not need to comeback, and I am very happy with the company and look forward to continuing my relationship with them. I want to thank the young man from Pacific Aire. Zaca was very nice and professional.. Extremely informative about every question I asked. I could tell that he likes the company he works for which was very reassuring .

Zaca gets 5 stars! He is very personable and very knowledgeable. My father runs cold and my Mom and caregiver run hot. I can't say enough about Zaca. He was so friendly, courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable. We got much more than just service to our AC unit. I really appreciated that he took pictures and spent the time to explain everything to me thoroughly. Interestingly enough, we have been in this house since 1989, and there have been many, many service people up in our attic during all those years, but Zaca was the first to point out that there were asbestos ducts up in our attic left over from the previous HVAC system. He also was able to determine why my husband's office gets so hot during the day. We've asked countless others technicians about this in the past, and nobody offered a reason, much less a possible fix. Zaca treated us with the same care you would offer a family member. Ozzie Garcia is the reason we will stay with Pacific Air, before he came out we were about to cancel our monthly charge/yearly heater check&clean. Thought is was a waste of money prior visits took few minutes, nothing before was checked or cleaned, so it was a waste of money to pay monthly we thought. Ozzie was a great technician and did what we understood should have been done yearly before, very nice and cleaned the heater after it had not been in use and had added dust. Also explained a lot of questions for us that had never been answered before. We now think we may stay with the Co. and have more work done feeling confident that they really do what they say they will. I was very impressed with Drew's service all around. He was prompt, even apologetic for not arriving at the earliest part of the window! He was also considerate, wore the protective booties and placed mats where needed. Drew took the time to explain what all was needed and showed me pictures, which was not good, but I knew was accurate as our heating and air conditioning have been deficient since we moved in five years ago!
The mailer that offered the $77 tuneup, per unit, inspired me to call Pacifc Aire. Although it wasn't as simple as just getting tuned up, I was happy to know that there was a solution to our HVAC problems and that they have interest-free payment plans to help take the sting out of it! My husband and I will meet with another person tomorrow for a full analysiss and to see what our options are. This is included in the tuneup price.

I was very happy with Ozzie's professionalism and attitude. He let me know why things were happening and spoke to me every step of the way, letting me know the details of how he was going to test and remedy the situation, and then assured me that he would follow up to make sure that my system would continue to work properly. Pacific Air provides terrific service, We arrived home la
st night to find water dripping from a light fixture in the kitchen flooding the floor. I checked for a toilet over flow but it was coming from a overflow of the drip pan of the air conditioner. We called the emergency line and Michelle arranged to have Zaca come the next morning. He ascertained the problem was a clogged drain line which he fixed by shortening the drain line 4 in above ground level.
He then checked our the whole drain system to both of our air conditioners. What he did was above and beyond a quick fix and he is to be commended for his thoroughness.
