Jonathan arrived well within the time frame told to us. He was ready to go to work upon arrival. His working tools were with him he did not have to go back to the service truck. He was professionally dressed and clean. I stayed with him as he was testing the unit. NOT as a nag but to be available to ask any questions. Jonathan was very knowledgeable. He would explain what he was doing with the numbers that were involved to back up what he was saying. So my questions were being answered as he went along to complete the testing of each category. You could not ask for more than that. At the end Jonathan did explain ways we could save some money in the future. But we could not take advantage at this time with the additional monthly payments. Pacific Aire has always provided us with an excellent service. Dock was our technician today, and he was not the exception. He was on time, was courteous, very knowledgeable and ethical. He went through the contract and gave us the options about what we could do to make sure that our unit does not break. He gave us options and was not pushy, which we really appreciated it. We chose one of the additional services (installing a cap so our unit would not get pine needles and damage it), and did it right away. All in all, we are very satisfied and happy with having chosen Pacific Aire and their VIP service. Dock. 04/09/15 |
