Yesterday Bo and his crew member Anthony did a great job. They arrived when they said they would and they were finished by the time they said they would be. Did a very professional-looking job and after the first night it seems to be functional. They cleaned up very well after themselves and were friendly and very professional. I have used mission heating and cooling twice. They are great. My furnace went out when it was winter on a Friday night. Called first thing Saturday and Mike J was out in 2 hours. He was a hard worker and explained everything he was doing several times. Gave me advise on how maintain what he had done. Will ask for him if anything should happen again. Very professional. I had heat problems at 2 rentals and my primary residence all within a few days and Mike Jeanneret with Mission went wayyyyy above and beyond on all of them. In a 48 hour period we had a technician come diagnose a furnace failure mode, a sales guy assess our HVAC system and recommend replacement options, and the installation team deliver a quick and clean install of our new furnace and AC units. My furnace quit working Friday evening, Jeff was here within 45 minutes and had my furnace running within minutes. It needed s new part and Jeff was here first thing on Monday morning.! As a elderly widow, I am at a disadvantage for any kind of home repair. I rely on those companies I contact to be fair and honest. I had contacted 3 separate plumbing and h/c companies for various issues at my home. Mission Plumbing was the fourth. My furnace was giving me trouble and one of the other companies told me the entire unit needed to be replaced. I could not afford a new unit, and called Mission to see what they could do for me. Bryan arrived and was able to correct the issue for less than $200. The unit has been working well since and he assured me it should be fine and not need replacement for several more years. I called Mission PHC to look at my furnace on Friday afternoon since it was blowing cold air. They were here within and hour. They were able to get my old furnace operating. The showed me the problem and the potential safety and health issues. They quote me a very fair price for a new furnace with out trying to oversell me. I agreed to purchase the furnace. The did the installation on Monday morning. They completed the job in less than three hour and I couldn't be more pleased with the work and results! They thoroughly reviewed the work they had completed. The clean up was immaculate. If I didn't see them doing the work I wouldn't have known they were here. I have to commend Mike J for his persistence on repairing my furnace. mission was the third furnace repair service that found the problem. the first gave up, the second a factory authorized install and service group for my comfortmaker would not return to finish or return my calls. Great company . . . after losing power for 2 days (Saturday - Monday morning) from the recent sow storm, my furnace "died" Monday afternoon. Mission PHC got Jeff Mills out immediately, & he diagnosed that my blower motor was almost dead. He temporarily got it running, but I needed a new HVAC system (furnace & A/C were OVER 30 years old!!!), & helped my select an appropriate one for my home. It was installed a day later . . . and is great & will be much more energy efficient.
Jeff and the installation techs actually showed up about 15 minutes early for the scheduled appointment, were very friendly & professional, did a super job with the installation & adapted to a couple special requests.
I had Mission PCH install a sewer back flow valve & sump pump 1 year ago, & they did a super job the.

They fixed the problem in no time at all to perfection, replacing all the lines, stops, etc. with new and better upgraded components. Mission PH&C came through again! Mission replaced our HVAC system about a year ago. Based on their previous work, I called them about a leak. Master Plumber Mike C***** figured out where the elusive leak was coming from and rectified the problem in short order with help from Plumbing Specialist Jacob.
