Called Mission this morning when heat would not come on. They sent Mike S. out to check things out. He quickly assessed the problem, told me what he could do and estimated cost. Mike made calls to obtain the part needed, picked it up, returned to my house and installed it. By 12 noon, my heat was restored! Great job and awesome service! I recommend Mike S. Have had great luck since I switched getting my HVAC units serviced by Mission. Mike J. was extremely professional, prompt, courteous, and went out of his way to explain what possible problems I could have had in the past, and why he was doing whatever he was doing to alleviate any future problems. I have used this company for years and I have never been disappointed. My service provider today, Mike J, did a great job. He did the work quickly, but thoroughly, and was very good at explaining things and answering my questions. I trust this company to do good work and I am very comfortable having them in my home. The prices were reasonable and, although I have never had any problems, I know that if I ever do they will make it right.

We live in a 108 year old home in Independence Mo, we have a steam boiler that came with the house we bought in May 2018.
