Jordan did a great job on our shower faucet repair. He saved us money on the repair parts by letting us know that Moen would supply the replacement parts from their lifetime warranty. Our 20 year old air conditioner quit working on a very hot Friday evening - we were able to call and quickly get an appointment. The unit was repaired and we chose to install a new air conditioner and furnace. The sales rep met with us Saturday, gave us detailed information, quoted a competitive price (deducting the repair cost from the cost of the new unit) and arranged for installation on Tuesday. I recently had to have my whole sytem replaced (ac & furnace) after a breakdown, due to age & condition. The Mission PHC team (Tony & Bo) did an excellent job that day - friendly, professional, and relatively fast (considering the task at hand, appr. 5.5 hrs). It was a kind of a wet, rainy day; they laid down cloths across the carpet, so there was no dirt at all on the carpet when they left. I would highly recommend this team from Mission PHC. Kyle G. called and told me the time he was gong to be at our home and he was on time. He was very professional and very nice and was easy to talk to about our issues with the A/C. Kyle recommend we get a new furnace filter since ours was dirty. He was not able to complete the work the first day since we had a frozen system and could not be serviced. Yes, I paid a bit more for my 2-head Mitsubishi mini-split, but I did so after several interactions with other companies and I decided to go with Mission Plumbing, Heating & Cooling because of an intangible - I considered them more professional which means I had greater faith in their abilities. I'd already done considerable research about the brand, etc., so it was about who would do the installation well. I was not disappointed in that respect. Bryan S., Steven H. and Steve handling the outside work were efficient and knowledgable about working with a 1928 house with all of its idiosyncracies, some of which required a "Plan B" approach to accomodate unforseen hiccups as they popped up. Since my installation was just yesterday, I can't comment on the long haul performance of the product or how well the installation will hold up. (While in no way Mission PHC's "fault", I would have preferred financing through a company other than Wells Fargo for reasons I won't go into here, but that was unavoidable and, of course, all of these corporate actors are from similar mindsets and methods.) Great experience with Eddie (sales) and Steven (install). Eddie came out the same day I requested a quote and gave me an immediate, transparent price on a new A/C unit and fixing our zoning system. Install was scheduled for 10 days later (our request) even though they could have done it within 5 days. Steven was on time, professional, and detail oriented during our 8 hour installation. Air scrubber filter went out and scheduled with Mission PHC to come out on a Monday. They addressed the issue and ended up adding a new thermostat and replaced the air scrubber at no charge and no labor charge as it was under warranty. A lady called us on Saturday to set up repair. We were told that it would happen on Monday between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. At 12:35 on Monday, we called to check status as we had not heard anything. There was a lot of shuffling among staff trying to figure out who had called us. One lady said we were not listed as a call for that day. Then the lady who had called us on Saturday called us back and said a technician was on his way. Technician then called and said he had to pick up the part and would be there shortly. I want to thank Mission and a special thanks to the install technicians Bryan & Raef. They were very professional and courteous, prompt and left the place neat and clean. I requested the new line set be rerouted to accommodate future remodeling projects, Bryan made it better than I thought possible. Raef installed the compressor outside, it was leveled and square with the house, looks great! They went over operation of new T Stat, humidifier, and filter replacement. Mission PHC installed furnace and A/C in 8 hours in a remarkably small space on the first really hot day this summer. I was very pleased with their work and the price. Ended up with a Trane unit because of the sale offered, but reviews spoke well so felt good about the deal. Installation went well for us, less well for the installers. Due to the small space and the prior installation, they could not reuse some components they had anticipated using, but did not charge us more than agreed upon. Unit was up and running as expected. We had very good experience with Bryan and Steve's installation of new AC/Furnace and Zoning of our 2 Story House.
The outdoor unit looks great! Mounted on a gravel based /fiberglass platform. The indoor unit (furnace/AC/humidifier) all looks good, you can tell they put effort into doing a good job.
The Zoned 2nd floor - with the wireless thermostat and power vents have made a difference in our upstairs beadrooms, no longer do we have a 6 or 7 degree difference (caused by the heat rising from the 1st floor.

Everything about my interaction with Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling was easy and very pleasant. I had a 36 year-old A/C that needed to be replaced - in July. There was a week before they could install the new system, so they put in enough freon in the old system to last until then. On install day, Gary and his other crew member arrived right on time. Brandon F called to say he was on his way and was in the time assigned to me. Air conditioner and furnace were maintenanced
and rebuilt an outside faucet, communicating with me on each project. In the process, the shut off valve malfunctioned(not the fault of Brandon) but he was quick to respond, knew exactly what to do and repaired the shutoff at the same time.
