Mission PHC was very quick to respond to my initial problem, gave me a couple of options. I chose to have them come back at another time to give me some options. They were right on time for the appointment and spent the time to get me the options I needed. When I made a choice we scheduled a replacement. We highly recommend Mission PHC and specifically Eddie Cone. It's the nature of an older home to need some care in fits-and-starts. Our Shawnee home is no different. We've had Eddie out 3 times in the last 3 months and he's been a tremendous help. He's diagnosed and repaired a clogged basement drain, a cracked toilet tank and leak, and installed new 1/4 turn ball valves to support our new dishwasher. We recently had a sump pump installed by Eddie. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The service was great. He explained all the options, and when the installation was completed, explained the features of the new equipment. The area was left spotless. We felt that we received good value for our money. Bryan S. installed our Trane XL18i heat pump all electric system yesterday. He did a great job and after speaking with him he has 38 years experience. He said he has never worked for another company. When I called Mission Plumbing, Heating & Cooling, the receptionist was warm and friendly. She took our need seriously and Richard responded to our home in an hour! He was very friendly!In addition, he was considerate by covering his shoes so as not to dirty our flooring as he went in and out. We woke up this morning with a broken fan/motor in our 12 year old Lennox. I called Mission at 7:20 and was immediatley greeted. I'm a prior customer so they had all my contact information and had agreed to send someone to me in an hour or two. Sure enough, Eddie showed up This is the first time I've worked with Eddie and I would HIGHLY recommend him. He was smart, personable, patient with me and my questions and tremendously helpful. Excellent responsiveness and service call. I left an e-mail regarding a nonurgent service matter and had a response within a few minutes (after normal work hours). I then received a call at 7:30 a.m. to set up an appointment. The service technician was dispatched to my home and was here at 9:30 a.m. Eddie, was very professional in his appearance and in walking me through the needed repairs and related costs. The work was all completed in a timely fashion and explained in appropriate detail. Based on this experience, I would certainly call this company anytime I needed the services they provide. I had troube with my furnace all night. I made a call to Mission Heating at 7 am the next morning and at my reuest they had a professiona service man to my home within the hour due to the emergency. the weather was 8 degree. I had two calls from this company. The first call was from Eddie to fix 3 defective humidifiers. He did a through and professional job and at reasonable price. He also advised on other issues that I could face in the future. Later I had a service call from Richard. He was also very professional and competent. He installed a replacement hot water heater and it has work fine. His work was fast and efficient and the price was reasonable. Mission has been very dependable for me. My furance problems always seem to happen on or the night before a holiday, and they still respond. December 2, 2013, my wife and I purchased a new Lennox furnace and air conditioner since our previous system was 30 years old. We were very impressed with Bryan S. who installed the A/C and Tommy who installed the furnace. A third person, Bobby, delivered the two units and helped level the pad for the A/C and hauled all of our debris off-site. Not only were Bryan S. and Tommy very knowledgeable in their respective field of HVAC installation, but they were friendly and courteous at all times. Bryan S. has been performing HVAC work for 37 years, and it was quite evident. Keep up the great work gentlemen! I also wish to give a shout-out to Steve F. for his patience in walking me through a multitude of Lennox furnace and A/C options and quotes. I feel the Rommes gained a really high quality and energy-efficient system at a very competitive price. Thank you!! I called at 1:30 as my furnace had stopped working and it was projected to get to 14 degrees that night. Richard was at my house by 2 p.m. and my home was warm again by 3 p.m. What's more, he went the extra mile, made sure other systems were all working properly and and cleaned out my humidifier to make sure it was working properly as well. Called on a Saturday and Eddie was here within a few hours. He not only fixed our waterheater problem, but because of my MS - he took a little extra time to do a quick dishwasher drain repair that I simply was not physically able to do. All work was well explained, as were the charges - and very professionally completed. Makes me regret having another company here 3 days prior to service the furnace. With 'Mission' there was no hard sales job and they did not try to talk us into anything that wasn't needed.

I had a blower problem with my furnace and Richard was able to fix it and also told me of problems and what I need to do.

I have scheduled the appointment with Mission Heating for regular check up of my heat pump and gas furnace. The mechanic Mr. Eddie Cone called me ahead of time and advised that he will be in a half an our. It was his first visit to my house. Before him it was another mechanic who provided the tune-up service for (3) years, now is not more with the company. At the beginning I hesitant to get another guy. But what was a surprise for me when I have witnessed the work provided by Eddie. Eddie have checked everything concerning heat pump and gas furnace. I am going to all details, because it was a long process, but can say only that it was the best service for all the years which own the house. This company lately have changed the owners and evidently it will be the positive move for us as their customers. I would recommend this company for all future clients.

We were apprehensive because we had just moved in. Eddie did a thorough and professional job: fixed the water heater, the humidifier, an electric switch and made sure we understood everything. Then he went even further. He explained clearly what energy savings we could get and the payback times of our heating and cooling systems. Having my furnace checked in a very old house, I learned the furnace was leaking CM. Eddie Cone went right to work and arranged for a new furnace to be installed that very day.....luckily for me, as temps dipped to freezing that night. The workmen were more than courteous and helpful. I was very impressed with all of them...Eddie, Brian and Tommy. When the work was done, I was given a crash course in caring for new furnace and humidifier. I had a AC/heat service in St. Louis that I loved, but these guys made me all but forget them.
