We were originally scheduled in a 9-11 am slot. The office called us to tell us that the technician originally scheduled had reported that he was sick. Shannon stated that the new tech would arrive between 12 & 2. I informed her it would need to be 12 because we had to take someone to the airport before 2. Mark arrived around 12:30 and promptly got on the job. We discussed that I needed to leave around 1:45. He stated that the job usually took 1 to 1.5 hours and that I was rushing him. I thought to myself, well you have an hour and 15 minutes. At 1:10, he bid us farewell and said everything looked good.he admitted he didn’t clean the ac unit as he normally does. Mike and Jordan arrived first thing this morning to start my sump pump install. They kept me informed on their progress and explained everything they were doing.

Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling recently replaced my aging air conditioner and gas furnace with Lennox equipment as I have always been happy with that brand. Eddie Cone, Comfort Specialist, is very knowledgeable and talked through several options with me to ensure that the new equipment would be appropriately sized for my needs and compatible with the existing ventilation system. Bryan S. and Bo M. arrived exactly on time to remove the old and install the new equipment. They were very polite and neat, put down runners and wore shoe covers to keep their work area clean. Both these gentlemen have many years of experience with Mission and were extremely efficient and professional in their work. The entire job was complete by 3:00 PM, all the old equipment gone and the work area clean. They provided instructions for the operation and care of filters, humidifier and thermostat. Eddie had already filed the KCP&L rebate forms and equipment registration so there was really nothing for me to do but sit back and enjoy the newly enhanced climate comfort of my home! I feel the price charged was very fair for the quality work performed and the level of expertise and professionalism extended by Eddie, Bryan and Bo at Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling. Very satisfied with the new Trane HVAC system and Bradford White water heater installed on Tuesday. Mission may not have had the lowest bid, but it was very fair in my opinion, and 25% below the first quote we got. Craig was great to work with in choosing a system to address our needs. Brian was also great in scoping out the installation requirements. Gary, Tom, and Eric arrived on time and got busy right away, and worked steadily to complete the work in one day. David joined the crew later in the day to install the water heater. All of the guys seemed to really know their trade, and we are very pleased with the installation. Mission Plumbing was able to get him to me the same day in a couple of hours to fix a flooding basement and install a new sump pump! While there he also tuned up our air conditioner and bid on fixing a couple of other minor plumbing issues. The Mission team did a great job selling and installing my new AC/Furnace. From point of Sale to Complete Installation, they were knowledgeable and hard working. I called Mission last Thursday because a different company had just told me I needed a whole new HVAC system. They scheduled me for the very next day. Pat came out to quote me, and he was very knowledgeable about the systems and thorough when it came to what would work best for my house. He measured the entire house, and pointed out how I would need a new chimney liner once the furnace was replaced, which the other HVAC company said nothing about. Pat gave me several options and walked me through every one of them. Mission had more options for financing than the other company as well, so ultimately, all of these things combined made my decision to go with Mission pretty easy. I called Pat on Monday and the installation began Thursday. The installation crew was very hardworking. They hit a couple of snags while doing the install (because of my old house), but they took care of it all and worked late to make sure the job was done and working. I really appreciated the extra time and effort they put in to making sure the job got done and got done right. I am excited to see how my new AC works this summer! They had my AC installed within the allotted time frame they had set for themselves they placed down tarps so as not to get my floors dirty and they also wore protective shoe covers. We were apprehensive because we had just moved in. Eddie did a thorough and professional job: fixed the water heater, the humidifier, an electric switch and made sure we understood everything.
