I had the pleasure of having Chad and his crew out to my house today to install a new HVAC system. They were very respectful of me, my home and my time. The new system is fantastic! What a difference! I hired Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling after repeated frustrations with another company. MPH&C did a fabulous job! Mike J. was really great. I had a list of items and he steadily went through them, fixing everything, and even going beyond like soaking the faucet screen in vinegar. He explained what he was doing, gave me options, gave me tips for maintenance. I will definitely call MPH&C for any future fixes that need done. And I will ask for Mike J. in particular. I am very pleased with the crew that installed my new air conditioner today. They were on time, courteous, protected my carpet and furniture, and answered my questions thoroughly. We are brand new home owners, but the landlord at the home we rented for the last several years had a service contract with Mission. We enjoyed the peace of mind and the service of Mike and Mission so much we knew when we moved into our new home we were going to sign up for our own service contract with Mission. They sent us Mike again who remembered our rental house and our Sheltie! When you need a professional service provider, like a plumber, lawyer, realtor, etc., the search can be totally overwhelming. Our installers arrived promptly as scheduled, they were professionally dressed, polite and courteous. They all went out of their way to respect and protect our property and cleaned up well as the work progressed.
Once the installation was complete, we were well informed as to the use of the thermostat. The next day, our installation was checked again to insure it was properly installed.

Mike came to check out my problem- I needed a new water heater- he took out old ones( I had two) and installed new one in about 2 1/2 hours. Didn’t expect to get work done today but he took excellent care of me. Very friendly and professional attitude . Did a great job of cleaning up after he was finished. I had two technicians come and service my furnace, Kyle and Stephen. I received a phone call from the technicians prior to their arrival and they arrived within the scheduled appointment time. Both technicians were friendly and professional. The technicians completed the inspection quickly, but were thorough. They provided me with a recap of the service they performed as well as letting me know their opinion on the condition of my system. I was not pressured to purchase a new system or any other equipment. They even informed me of the least expensive option to purchase filters and advised me of coupons that were available on the company website. We had a mysterious leak somewhere between our water heater and A/C unit in the basement that caused some carpet damage. Mike was able to do a differential diagnosis, even spending time to explain his steps and thought processes. As usual with the Mission crew, he was correct, efficient, and friendly. Also, Mike and the other professionals from Mission have always been happy to answer plumbing, heating, and cooling questions unrelated to the current service call (although we try and keep those to a minimum). Jeff really knows his business and he personally needs a five star rating! The only problem I have is the expense factor with your company for fairly easy plumbing work. Whether it's in the price of parts or in the labor costs, it just seems a little high to me; especially being a retired person and on a fixed income where all dollars have to be accounted for. Jeff Mills with Mission PH&C was terrific. We had problems with two toilets and our kitchen faucet and he was able to fix one of the toilets and ordered a part for the other one. We need a new faucet and he helped me order one while he was here which will be installed Wednesday or Thursday. He couldn't have been nicer and obviously very competent.
