The men that showed up to do the job of installing the AC/heating equipment were actually early. The work was doing quickly, professionally, and they were both friendly and informative during the installation. The installers would both rate an 11 on a 1 -10 scale. I plan on using them again for other plumbing projects that I have. Office personal taking the information were very nice to deal with as well. I have had Mission Plumbing do work at my house a few times. I recently bought an older home and have had a few plumbing updates. Everyone that has worked on my house has been very professional and knowledgeable. I especially like Matt Marshal. I request him when I can. He explains my options to resolving a problem complete with cost. I feel very confident with the solutions he recommends. I feel he is very honest with me and I trust the answers he gives me. $$$$$$$$$$$ ! Caution, not competitive pricing when compared to regional averages. Was charged $540 to install a $100 pressure valve that took approximately 3/4 of an hour to complete. This is in no way a complaint towards the technician, his work was performed flawlessly. The average price to have this work done in my area was $350. Mike has completed our bi-annual furnace and air conditioning tuneup and, most recently, installed a new faucet in our kitchen. During Mike’s first visit, he realized the fan on our furnace had been wired incorrectly and not working the way it should, although we had been having it serviced bi-annually for several years. These guys were thorough! The sales rep thought through some of the potential problems I would have with an HVAC upgrade, but the recommended unit looks great now after their day-long install. The check valve on my sump pump broke, and Matt discussed with me what two options were available to me: replace the valve or replace the entire pump.
