I had a full HVAC system installed on a cold Saturday morning. Josh and Pat showed up on time and made sure to properly greet me when I opened the door to them. They were very friendly and professional, and they ran into a little snag when installing my new furnace. But they made sure everything was working fine, except the new A/C system due to freezing temperatures outside. Once they were done they made sure to clean up after theemsleves and make sure I was happy with the work that was done. I’m very happy I chose to go with Mission Plumbing Hearing and Cooling. Mike C did an excellent job Re-routing my washer drain line. It was no easy task and Mike worked through the quarks of our kitchen and solved our problem. He also took the extra time to crawl through our entire crawl space to make sure there were no other leaks causing our issue. His attitude, work ethic, customer service, and expertise ensured I will continue to use Mission plumbing. I also appreciated his advice and honest assessment of some other work we may need. I had Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling out for routine maintenance on my heater and to investigate a problem with the heating of an upstairs room. Mike J. called before the appointment time to say he was on his way and gave an estimated time of arrival. He was on time, polite and very friendly. Furnace check found a few things the previous company had installed incorrectly. Mike explained what he found and what needed to be done to fix the problems. He also gave me several options to fix the cold room issue. Estimates were given for work needed. I was very pleased with the service. Mission heating is a great company with great technicians. Jeff came out and had my heater fixed in one day. From the first time Mike Jeanneret walked into our home to provide multiple services from plumbing to heating, & cooling we knew we were going to request him for future services. Mike was very professional, extremely thorough, friendly, & considerate of our home in regards to keeping things clean & neat!! Mike spent 8 hours at our home that day replacing toilets, faucets, installing air scrubbers, vanity & sink & replacing a humidifier. We had to leave our house during his work time & do a few errands, we trusted Mike in our home & felt secure that everything was taken care of!
