We recently used them to get a new furnace and AC installed. They were fast and responsive. The sales rep never once tried to up-sell us on anything. There was no pressure. The techs showed up early, got the work done quickly, tested the new equipment, and left my basement cleaner than it was when they showed up.

I called Mission Heating because the roofing company that was going to put my new roof on noticed that I had cracks in the furnace flu pipe. Mission staff set my appointment quickly. Mark arrived on time and checked out the pipe and informed me that the pipe was double walled and that there was no immediate problem with the pipe but it would need to be replaced in the future. Mark was very knowledgeable and professional. We decided to have the pipe replaced. He ordered the parts and we set up an appointment. I would give no stars if possible.
My wife called me at work to explain how upset she was with the service she got from Mission Plumbing. We needed a French Drain unplugged, she paid $90.00 for him to tell her he had never heard of one. Many people who lives in the older parts of Johnson County have these in their basements. They are the precursor to sump pumps. He wanted $400.00 just to take the emergency sump pump out of the hole. When I got home from work I took the pump out and ran a $50.00 snake through it and had it unplugged in about 15 minutes.
