Michael C. came early, but called first. After I spoke with him and showed him what was going on, he got started doing his job. He asked me questions when needed and answered my questions as he worked. He and his apprentice were neat and thorough and also gave me some advice on another plumbing issue I have. I would like to thank the guys at Mission Plumbing Heat and Cool for their promptness, professionalism, efficiency, and good work ethic. They were at our home by 0730 and got straight to work. Chad M and Bryan S were very professional installing my dual Mitsubishi Split.. Although I am having problems with the one installed in my Sunroom I believe it is the unit that has an issue and has nothing to do with the installers. Jeff from Mission PHC made an emergency call to our home at 11 pm on Friday night. We had noticed a burning smell in our air ducts with the AC running. We were leaving on a trip the next day and weere afraid to leave because of this. Jeff cheerfully came to our home, diagnosed and fixed the problem (fan motor on furnace had caught fire) and finished up about 1:30 in the am. We had a brand new heating/cooling system installed, and from the initial call to the last fella that walked out the door it was nothing but an excellent, professional experience. First, our tech, Mike J., was caring, professional and thorough. But most importantly he was passionate about his trade. The level of technical expertise and implementation was impressive. Knowing he bought the best testingtools to identify an issue was reassuring to me that he'd find and fix any issues. Second, we've been customers of MPHC for over 5 years. Mike did a great job for us. He came out and evaluated all the plumbing issues we were having and gave us an estimate for each issue. He let us know what needed to be repaired immediately and what items could wait to be repaired at a later date. He worked quickly and efficiently. My experience with Mission overall was stellar. Bryan came out and figured out the problem (when another company's folks hadn't), and gave me quotes on the spot for repair or replace. He had a colleague with him who braved my building's impressive ladder, I'm sorry I forgot his name. Both were very helpful. At the install of a new system, Tom & Gary worked with a small closet space and the terrifying tall ladder, and got it done professionally and quickly, even with needing to use a crane. Another installer, Bobby, was not there the whole day, but was professional and helpful, too. I can't say enough good things about this company. My experience began with Roseanne when I first called, she was very helpful and sweet. I had a carbon monoxide issue with my water heater and Eric J came and not only installed a new water heater but was very thorough and made sure all possible causes were inspected and taken care of. At the same time my air conditioner also failed during the hottest weeks of the year and he was so knowledgeable and helped me select the best HVAC system for my needs. The installation was led by Chad along with Eric J, Josh and Eric G. They were not only a well oiled machine but also were so kind. The house temp was greater than 90 degrees and I was so worried about how hard they were working and their safety and encouraged many breaks but they were so focused on getting the air back on for me. After installation Chad made sure to explain the whole system to me and answer all of my questions.

Bryan and Rob installed a full heating/cooling system in our home on June 27, 2018. They were very professional and did a great job on educating us on how to use the system. I had a request about how the drain line was routed and they accommodated and improved upon my request very easily with no complaining or grumbling. It was a small thing but appreciated. Jeff B. and Jacob R. did an excellent job finding the source of our sewer gas smell which has haunted our home for the two years we have owned it. Jeff and Jacob also installed a new water purification system and tested everything out to ensure the new system was functioning properly. My air conditioner wasn't Cooling my house down and we were all miserable so Mike came and fixed the problem quickly, he was amazing, and extremely friendly!
