We have used Mission HVAC several times over the last several years. They have been excellent in response and finding and fixing whatever the problem. Our latest was the most extensive repair. Mark W. was able to temporarily get us heat for the weekend and returned Monday for a permanent fix, with a new part. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Mark W. 12/10/19 |

When I call for regular service or today, for a problem with my furnace, Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling is quick to give a service call. Today Shannon sent Steven H. to my home quickly because my furnace was not working. He was prompt, extremely efficient and kind. He found an issue that a different company had missed in the original installation. Steven also found my air scrubber was bad and fixed the problem. It was still under warranty and now the unit should work as it should. I switched a few years ago back to Mission for their excellent service. Today Steven H. proved they are the best. Jeff and Ryan did an excellent job on the winter tune up. Jeff has been our tech for years doing our winter and spring tuneups and he always has done an excellent job. My sales rep spent as much time as I needed to be confident with my decision. He also offered options for financing and all incentives. He then kept me updated on the incentives expiration dates & options to be sure to take advantage of them. The installers were on time & equally informative about options we had for the installation. I contacted Mission Plumbing due to two leaking faucets and a leaking supply line to a dishwasher. I knew that one of the faucets needed a new cartridge, which I had already purchased. The serviceman came, and after a review of the necessary repairs advised that the repairs, which I knew would at most 1-2 hours to complete, would cost $895.00. Shocked I asked what their hourly rate was. He said they bid by the job, not an hourly rate.
I advised that the amount was too much and we would not be using them for the repairs. He said that it was my choice and he requested the $89 service call fee. I reluctantly paid him for the 10 minutes he was at my residence.
We had flooring contractor here at the time who was present and saw the conversation. He too was shocked and said he would be right back. He went to his truck, retrieved a crescent wrench, smaller than what I had available, and fixed the dishwasher leak in 2 minutes.
I am going to assume that they just did not want to do the job and gave me a highball number that he knew I would reject.

Our heater was making an awful noise so we called Mission PHC. Jeff M**** came out and found that the fan motor was failing. He ordered a part and as soon as the part came in, he and Ryan M******* came out and installed it for us. Both Jeff and Ryan were courteous and professional. They did an outstanding job of taking care of getting the new part in and making sure that it performed as it was supposed to. They also did a check of our upstairs furnace to be sure it was working properly and draining as it should. Steven was an excellent technician who came to do the annual tune-up for my furnace. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He spent extra time working on my humidifier and correcting a problem with water flow. He cleaned the drain pipe and he found that there was no orifice so he replaced that as well. We have been using another company for a while but weren't happy. Our neighbors recommended Mission. First, making the appointment was easy. Very nice staff and informative. Getting the email ahead of time with the technician's picture was great. I knew who to expect.
Mark was on time for the appointment. Knowledgeable about our heating system and took the time to make sure the job was done right. He assured me at the end of his visit that they would work hard to keep our business. With the service they have shown so far I have no doubt that they will!

I am pleased to say that these guys came out as they were supposed to and knocked this project out in a timely manner fashion.
Work looks great and the heating unit is doing it's job so far.
Wasn't really able to test the cooling unit in this cooler weather so I'm excited to see how well it'll cool the house when summer rolls around.

I had an issue with unit turning on and off frequently, Mission sent techs (Brian and Jacob) over in about 4 hours and they found the issue pretty quickly, it was caused by the vent adjustment I had made. Simple solution and I am now more educated and a happy customer. Appreciate them getting here so quickly and finding the problem. Mission does a great job and everyone is very customer focused. MPHC's Mike J. and Pat O. were very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They arrived when promised and Mike quickly diagnosed the problem with our furnace and was able to make the necessary repairs. Mike even listened to my description of an issue we've had with noise and vibrations since the furnace was first installed several years ago. Several repairmen have tried to remedy that problem over time (including some from MPHC), but Mike is the first one to actually solve the problem. After seeing all the TV commercials and getting several advertisements in the mail, I expected a top notch install. Not what I got. I asked the tech Tom to fix a couple of things, he did fix most of them but got upset over it. He apologized and explained that he wasn’t feeling well. Not really my problem, poor customer service. I told him to go ahead and leave, I’d fix the thermostat that wasn’t mounted correctly. I remounted it, on the back plate that didn’t match the color of the thermostat. The basement smelled of natural gas, I had to open some windows and turn on some fans to get it out. Thanks for that little surprise. I called our sales guy, Pat, he was the only bright spot and he did offer to do something.
