From the sales man to the installers, the guys were great! Very informative and answered all questions I had, even late I to the evening, after receiving multiple bids. Units were installed just a few days later. An installer was on-site 30 minutes early. They were in and out within 5 hours. So glad I choose Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling for this job! Right from the start, I received wonderful customer service from Matt. He was nice, polite, & attentive during the initial walk-through of my house. I had one leak that was kind of a mystery to me on where it was coming from, but Matt had it figured out in minutes. The following day, Matt and Dustin ended up fixing my huge leak, installed a new hot water heater, & put in a new toilet. They were extremely efficient & they did a fantastic job. Matt's calm demeanor & thorough explanation of the process definitely made the situation less stressful. I would completely recommend them for any plumbing work that you need done. Excellent job!!! All three guys did an excellent job of explaining what they were going to do and then doing it. They were very thorough and quick. The install we were told could take up to 8 hours took them about 5. After a series of expensive repairs over the past few years, we decided it was time to replace our old Trane furnace. We received bids from two local firms and picked Mission as the bid was more comprehensive at a slightly lower price. Chad came on Monday afternoon to bid the job and the crew arrived early Wednesday morning to complete the installation. Our very old hot water heater finally bit the dust. Mission offered a great product at a great price. Mike C. was the master plumber assigned to replace it. I absolutely could not be more satisfied. He called ahead with an ETA, arrived on time, was extremely professional, courteous and efficient, and he thoroughly answered all of my questions. The job was completed beyond expectations, as he replaced some of the pipes that were old and even repaired my main shut off. It's obvious he takes pride in what he does. Mike C. from Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling just came out and rescued me on a Sunday night from a botched attempt to replace a valve stem that required me to shut off water to the house. Thanks to Mike coming out and fixing things up after hours, my wife will be able to take a shower in the morning, and I won't be sleeping on the couch this week!

Steven H. and Gabe W. of Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling replaced our furnace, AC and humidifier. From the moment they stepped into our house, we were impressed by them. They were on time, organized, efficient, and very professional in every way. We had planned on being cold all day, but they had the new furnace up and running by around 2:00 p.m. They were not finished with the job yet, but we really appreciated having the heat back on so soon. It was a snowy, messy day, but they were extremely careful not to track any of the mess inside. They treated our house and us very respectfully. They were excellent and patient while showing us how to use our new equipment and answering our questions. They did not seem to be in a rush to leave. They removed all of the old equipment and cleaned up so well you would not be able to tell they had even been here. They went the extra mile, too. Our new thermostat didn't quite cover the opening in the wall where our old thermostat had been, so Gabe went out to the truck and got a plastic plate that he was able to use to cover the hole. It fit so perfectly behind the new thermostat that if you didn't know better, you would think it was part of the thermostat. Also, Steven and Gabe were supposed to revise our old humidifier drain pipe by adding an elbow bend to it where it drained into the floor drain (so it wouldn't get moved when we bumped or stepped on it, which had been the case for about 20 years). Instead of just leaving the old drain pipe and adding the elbow bend, they totally re-routed the drain pipe (and added the elbow bend) so that it looks so much nicer, is way more functional, and is out of our way. My furnace went out at midnight while it was snowing. The part it needed was one I'd actually replaced a few years ago. However, there was something else contributing to the part going bad before its' time. Aaron was SUPER INCREDIBLE, thorough and made sure I was safe. He deserves a free lunch! The only thing I wish Mission would do is factor the service call price into the total, provided the customer lets them complete the necessary work. But that's my only complaint. Jared did a great job with our furnace tune-up. He was honest, patient, and helpful as I asked a lot of questions about an unusual issue with our furnace. He did not in any way try to push us toward replacing the furnace or choosing the most expensive type of repair; he simply explained the problem in detail and recommended that I talk it over with my husband, who may want to do the repair himself. I always really appreciate it when a technician doesn't condescend or seem dismissive when I raise the possibility of doing the work ourselves. We also talked about the company's installation expertise with the type of system we may eventually buy, and he had some really helpful information. I like that Mission is a small company where the employees know other employees and the areas where they have particular expertise. I feel very confident about using them in the future.
