Adam arrived on time. He was great with our dogs who love visitors in their house. Adam and I walked through to discuss the things needing repair. He presented me with an estimate to approve, then he proceeded to work. When Adam was done, my plumbing issues were solved and I paid my final invoice on the spot - well I should say from a social distance in this day and age. Zack was on time, early as a matter of fact, and very thorough. I didn’t watch over him like a hawk, social distancing and all, but we visited out at the condenser. He pulled the covers off and wow! Dirty and I hose them off last summer frequently.

Our service rep Mike did a thorough job diagnosing our recent AC issue and providing viable solutions. I appreciated his knowledge. Tom, Rob and Joe were the installers who came and installed our new system. They definitely know what they are doing, explaining alot of things to me as I watched them. The process of obtaining a new air conditioner was made easy working with the Mission staff. Pat provided information on various types of air conditioners and answered all our questions. Mike came out the same day I called with a problem and did a great job of assessing the problem, explaining to me the options of getting it fixed, and taking care of the work. When your looking for plumbing work or any kind of home renovating, the process is never what anybody looks forward to, only the beautiful end result. Jordan came to our church as requested to replace our outdated and broken pipes. He and his team arrived at 8am on March 23 as indicated. He was courteous and professional as he explained the work to be done. He also answered any questions or concerns that I had. They returned on March 24 to complete the job. Jordan explained the work that was done and all debris and broken material was removed and the work area was left clean. Jordan also has a great sense of humor. My husband and I were shopping around for a new HVAC system. We knew we had a tight budget and that we may have to go a bit above what we wanted to spend to accomplish that. From the moment Chad showed up I knew this was the company i wanted to go with. He was on time, knowledgeable and professional. We had Steven and Anthony show up this morning on time for the installation. They were quiet, clean, and quick. If it wasnt for the occasional bang I wouldn't have even known they were here. Steven showed me how to set my thermostat and Anthony took the time to point out differences in our new system versus our old. I cant thank Mission Heating and Cooling enough.
