Seriously, I think I have found a new Plumber. Mission Plumbing was so friendly and they quoted me a price over the phone. They didn't even have to come out and look at it. They didn't try to sell me other parts when I got here. They left and I was charged the same amount as the quote. It was incredible. I’d like to thank the Mission Team for their work installing my new Trane heating/cooling system.
Jim and Anthony were on time and friendly. My job was a little more challenging than most but they worked quickly and efficiently to complete the job with protective masks on the entire time.
Would also like to thank Chad for working with me to identify the right system for my needs.

I have used Mission Plumbing & Cooling for over 16 years and I know that before I bought this house they had been responsible for the yearly maintenance for the former owners. Always punctual, considerate, great listeners, up for any challenges, sticks with it, skilled and capable until the fix! This recent appointment with Mike J. and his apprentice that day, Joe, was no different. Mike was very aware of the importance of explaining in lay terms the issue at hand and highly congnizant of my individual situation regarding my new retirement and my fixed income, etc.,. He was very methodical in determining the problem which was not immediately obvious; and he went conservatively step by step to uncover the root of the issue without just making assumptions. The scheduling girls in the office are also 'top notch' and I've also spoken to Gene, the owner, in the past and he is very available and approachable. I use their services for my annual maintenance package on the AC/Furnace and believe that they have for the most part been highly instrumental in keeping things running smoothly for all of these years! Thank you to all of your team!

I am a new customer to Mission PHC, I was having a problem with my AC this spring. I called the company that installed it several years ago and inspected it regularly, but even though it was very hot weather they were going to make me wait for 4 days so I called Mission and they sent their technician (Jeff) over that day. Jeff serviced my unit and I am very pleased with the results. The same technician recently checked out my furnace for winter operation (wearing a mask and shoe covers). As I watched he explained what he was doing and determined all was working properly. Ran new water lines and installed new faucets on house for backyard supply. It rained all day yesterday so I haven't tested today, but it was fast, Mike was knowledgeable, job done for less than a competitor and I feel relieved the broken pipe is no longer leaking water. Mission Plumbing assisted me when I had a sewer backup flood in my basement 3 years ago and I vowed I wouldn't use any other plumbing service. Excellent technicians! We had a very tricky plumbing issue with our shower faucet due to hard water. They had a part completely shatter but were able to repair entirely. We had an excellent experience with Mission, and everyone we worked with throughout the process was wonderful. We requested an estimate on replacing our complete HVAC system when ours died, and they were able to send someone with just a matter of hours. Their estimate was lower than two others we had received, and it was a better system than the others were offering. They were able to set up an install the following day (Friday) despite it being the busy summer season AND an upcoming holiday weekend. The technicians (Steven and Bryce) arrived on time, worked hard, and didn't bother me once while I was working from home. They cleaned up after themselves, showed me/explained to me everything they did, and had financing paperwork ready to go as promised with no surprises. Tito was fantastic. Punctual, courteous, patient and a wealth of knowledge. Fortunately, when our air conditioning broke down, there was a slight break in the heat outside. This allowed us to take our time and make an informed decision on our new system. I would recommend Mission Plumbing Heating and Cooling to anyone!!! I had over 10 companies come and quote me on a full HVAC replacement and no one took care of me like Eddie Cone with Mission. He was very kind. The estimate was thousands less than any other company. I still cannot believe I got such an amazing system at the price they gave me! I am very please with the my new Trane system. From the first phone call, through the quote to install my experience was excellent! Craig came out talked through options and gave a fair quote. Emailed Craig the night before install adding a humidifier. Gabe,Kevin and sorry don't remember 3rd guy came out for replacement of my hvac system and killed it!
