Bryan and co-worker were very professional. The biggest issue was the charge for replacing fill tube $246.00. Took 15 min and they were already at the home performing Complete HVAC service. Paid $460.00 for 1 hour of work. Fill tube couldn’t have cost more than $20.00.

I have been using Mission Plumbing Heating & Cooling for several years.
They installed a new furnace & AC and have maintained it since the
installation. Recently Jeff Mills and Ryan installed a new hot water heater, PRV, expansion tank and two new vents in the finished part
of the basement. Jeff has been here several times and I know I can rely on his advice. Mission may not always be the lowest bid, but they are in the ballpark and provide excellent service I can count on. Jeff
and Ryan make a great team. They were able to do all the work in less

When I originally built my home 30 years ago Mission did it, been 30 years I had another company put in a new furnace 5 years ago I wasn't satisfied , Thn II was getting quotes for a New A/C and some other things I needed repairs , Missions prices were the best again after 30years . The others could even give me a date they could start on Mission was there the Next Business day done in 4 hours. WHAT A PROFESSIONA Job!!! MISSION is the only company I will be calling from now on. My new air conditioner was installed the day after I agreed to purchase it by Anthony and Gabe who arrived on time. Wow, I don't see that kind of response every day. Both installers were polite, professional, and friendly. They remained after completing the install to clean up and ensure everything worked well. Anthony answered my questions and took the initiative to ensure the airflow was properly proportioned for both levels of my house and that the air intake vents were not blocked so the fan works efficiently. It was obvious from first meeting Jordan that he was very experienced. I had little water pressure in kitchen and he found a blockage in basement under the kitchen and it all took about 15 minutes. On 6/24 late in the afternoon I noticed my air conditioner was not working. I called Mission PHC and Jeff came out and found the breaker had tripped. (this happened at the end of the season last year) I had another company at the time and all he did was flip the breaker and leave. Jeff took the time to trouble shoot to see if he find out why breaker was tripping. Found a burned wire at connector and another part that needed replaced. 5 days later my air is working like new. The technicians were capable and knowledgeable, and they even showed up early! They did my pre-paid seasonal checkup, and found that mice had chewed some insulation off some low-voltage wires in the outside unit. I was charged $176.00 (that’s with their Merit Discount; the first price I was quoted was $206.00) to repair four wires by splicing in short pieces of wire with wire nuts...no soldering. I was so impressed was Stephen and Dylan! They showed up on time and were very professional and courteous. They did a complete job getting everything installed and even put my deck back together that had to be taken apart to get to the air conditioning unit. They cleaned up after themselves and showed me how to use everything. I had a wonderful night's sleep in my nice cool home. I thought both the call-in operator at Mission PHC and the professionalism of their technician were top-rate. Adam arrived punctually and, as expected of a plumber craftsman, performed the reattachment of connections to my new kitchen sink within two hours. What I didn't expect, was the unconscionable price to do the job. Their "book" pricing is one to avoid. Not great testimony for a long-term relationship.
