Rich L. arrived within an hour of my call requesting service on our oil burner. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and informative. The job required rebuilding of the burner and a complete cleaning of the boiler, whiich took over three hours. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the service.

Called in am that heating zone was out and was told someone would be here between noon and 2:00. At @ 12:15 Mike M. showed up, flushed zone to make sure there was no air in the line and then replaced zone valve. Problem fixed zone working again. While he was here he spent time explaining to me how to flush air out of the different zones and gave me an overview of how the Zone valves were activated. He did an excellent job.

The technician, Mark D, is an incredible technician! Not only was he personable and professinal, but my 4 year old daughter who was extremely interested in what he was doing, LOVED him! As he was fixing our heat, he sat and showed her exactly what he was doing. He is such an asset to their team!

Came home Sunday night to no heat on the first floor of our home. Called the dispatcher/answering service and was promptly called back by Darren C. We discussed issue and decided to not wait for Monday morning. He was here within 30 minutes, replaced the circulator and we had our heat back within another 30 minutes. He was very polite and explained clearly what he was doing. Great job!

I am a new customer of MacFarlane Energy and before their first oil delivery they wanted to check out my heating plant. Will P came to my house, very professional and checked out the system, cleaned and tuned my boiler and a couple of days later I received my first oil delivery. I am Very happy with MacFarlane Energy's service and highly recommend them as a service and oil provider.

called MacFarlane Energy and reported a heating zone out at our house. gave me a time between 12;00-2:00. Serviceman (**** **) showed up at 12:30 and checked system and purged zone for air to see if that was the problem. it was not the problem - checked the zone valve and that was not working properly - replaced it and everything worked fine. While he was here he gave me a very nice tutorial on how the system operated and showed me how to purge the system for air in the future.

We have been extremely pleased with our MacFarlane service so far! We moved into a house that had zero oil in the tank. MacFarlane was extremely friendly on the phone and made a quick trip out to fill our tank for us. Rich serviced our tank for us and showed up EXACTLY on time and did his job efficiently. Their service is unbeatable!

We have been long-time customers of MacFarlane Energy. They are outstanding in all aspects; professionalism, courtesy, service excellence and friendliness. In this modern world--the qualities of high-ethical standards and complete trustworthiness are rare and valuable traits--which must be cherished--and the entire MacFarlane Energy team exudes these. They will go out of their way to listen and then care for your particular needs. In fact, they are better than some families in this respect. We would like a special commendation to be given to one of their Service Pros, **** *. who came out to our home recently on a service call. **** was kind, understanding, super-friendly, and a consummate professional. He is a wonderful person-and a great credit to the MacFarlane Energy organization. We cannot rate MacFarlane Energy high enough, and we do recommend them very, very highly.

Great Service. Found out about MacFarlane through Val Pak coupons. Booking an appointment was easy. Mike inspected and cleaned the boiler. He was very respectful, courteous and knowledgable. He showed me where to locate the reset button on the burner which is helpful because if we suddenly have no heat or hot water I will freak out. Knowing the reset function gives me an action step that will help me calm down if that ever happens. Glad we're all set for winter now and the MacFarlane team is there to back us up!!!

Just moved into a new home a few months back. I had always had gas but my new home had oil. Went into the basement, saw that I was running low on oil and called MacFarlane Energy immediately. They sent me over an easy online application, filled it out in 5 minutes, and had a technician ready to come out the next day. He (****) was professional, friendly, and informative and after my inspection, left me with enough oil to get me to the next scheduled delivery.
