Rick gave us exceptional service. He was patient and checked out all of our options. He had a good laugh when I asked if they had anymore tundra's. Then he showed us our dream Truck Toyota Tundra 1794 edition. Gave us the test drive and the rest is history!

I wanted to check out availability and price of a Sienna van so I set an appointment through the internet. As I arrived at the dealership and got out of my vehicle I saw a person came out the show room and welcome me. I told him I have an appointment to get information about a Sienna Van. He introduce me that he is a sale's person and will help me, although he could not find my appointment. He showed me two different models and their specification and their availability. He was very cordial and polite to provide me all the information I needed. He offered to test drive the Van I was interested and explained all different features in this vehicle. I was amazed with sales person and ask him to get the price of this Van. He provided me a good price and I ended up buying this vehicle.
I was so happy that I did not go through any pressure or Hassle.
My sale's person name is Mr Roberto M. Vazquez. He is very cordial, knowledgeable and experienced sale person. I wish him the best and all others who work with him at Lancaster Toyota .

Best car buying experience ever! We went to "just look" and ended up coming back later and buying our first Toyota. Ben was very nice and clear once we decided to buy our Highlander. The process happened as described initially, not last minute surprises.
The last part was very annoying at the end signing the documents with Matt he made us feel that he wanted to avoid all contact and not caring for the customers. We all know that there is a pandemic but he asked us silly stuff like ... if we wanted to keep the Lysol wipes or dropped the pens over the desk to avoid handing over to us. Ben S. 02/15/21 |

Arrived a bit early and the door automatically opened. I waited less than 2 or 3 minutes and Lisa came over. She gave me her name and asked me to leave the insurance and registration out and the key in. She then showed me over to her counter. It took just a few minutes to document why I was there and what needed done. She gave me an estimate for what the services would cost The drive in area is spotless and the waiting area is also very clean and has coffee and snacks. It was not long until I received a video of my car as they serviced it and then a short time later a text that my car was ready. Lisa was waiting for me with a complete breakdown of the services and the cost for each one. It was actually a bit less than she thought. This is my second Toyota and I would recommend Lancaster Toyota, and Lisa, for both purchase and service. I have never been disappointed and Lisa delivered Class A service. Thank you Lisa! This was my fifth Toyota vehicle purchase, typically occurring at every 10 years or 100,000 miles, whichever came first. In retrospect, this was without a doubt, the easiest and the fastest I have ever completed a new car purchase. My sales rep., Judy Tucker, was both extremely friendly and knowledgeable, which made the entire process go both very smoothly and quickly. I had already done some research online, so we were able to take a look at all of the available 2021 Corollas on site, which made my final decision rather easy. I was very satisfied with the final price so tedious negotiations were not required. My time spent with Reuban, going over all of the required paperwork was also a very pleasant experience.
