I would like to thank Gus Photis for wonderful sales experience during my purchase of 2021 Toyota Tacoma on 12/3/20. Gus took a genuine interest in our discussion regarding the vehicle and my Jeep that I was trading in. I did not feel any type of pressure from Gus regarding making a purchase or adding any options onto the truck. I have purchased many new vehicles from various dealers in the past and how I was treated from the beginning with the salesperson determines if I would return to the dealership. The first that Gus offered was to check and see if I needed anything to eat or drink and show me the location of the rest rooms should the need arise. During the time of the paperwork being processed Gus and I had a pleasant conversation regarding life, health, exercise and business. I felt very relaxed the entire time that I was in the dealership with Gus. I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND GUS TO ANY FRIEND OR FAMILY MEMBER INTERESTED IN A TOYOTA. Today I took delivery of a 2021 Toyota Venza. Our sales person was Steve Cox. Steve made this purchase a very enjoyable experience. Since Lancaster Toyota did not have the Venza we requested in their inventory, Steve and his administration were able to locate the requested vehicle and obtain it in a very timely fashion. Steve kept us well informed each step of the way. Also, he was very cordial and hospitable during the whole process. We just purchased a used truck from Lancaster Toyota. Rick H****** was our salesperson. We were very please with our experience. We were trading a truck with some issues, and we feel that we were treated fairly by Rick and his manager, Mike, in establishing a trade value. We were anxious to consummate the transaction, and Rick offered to come in the following day, his day off, to close out the deal.
