Everyone is always friendly. However, I have repeatedly had to return to the dealership for things not correctly done the first time. Multiple times I have had to return to have tires rebalanced because they were not properly done, or blinker lights reinstalled because they are loose etc. They work to fit me in but it is additional time and loss of a vehicle and major inconvenience. A week ago I purchased an amazing car from Joe C. at Lancaster Toyota! This is a fantastic business that's clearly earned its stellar reputation. Not being from Lancaster (2 hours north) I had heard of Lancaster Toyota but was skeptical about all the raving reviews. Man, I was wrong to be skeptical!! They specialize in high quality used vehicles and incredible customer service. They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity, and from my experience, this is well earned. All the people I encountered were incredibly friendly and helpful and the dealership was immaculate.
Joe C. was the best dealer I have ever dealt with, and I have purchased dozens of cars. Matthew, in the business department was incredibly helpful and thorough. This was honestly the first time I left a dealership feeling like I had been heard, listened to and assisted.

Couldn't be happier with my first-time experience buying at Lancaster Toyota. Aaron was great to work with, covered all the bases, but was not pushy. He also respected the fact that my husband, who was with me, is at high-risk for COVID and took extra precautions. I was also happy with the price of my new Rav 4 Hybrid. I highly recommend the Lancaster Toyota team for any services that are needed. They are not only extremely helpful and caring, but transparent about your vehicle and its needs. Within the last 6 months they started this video recording process where they guide you through the service performed and show you what they see. I have been faithfully taking my 2015 Rav to Lancaster Toyota for routine maintenance and occasional service. They always treat me with courtesy. I never worry about whether they are trying to sell me something I don’t need. On my last visit they needed to fix parts that were under warranty. The repair was made at no charge to me. It gives me a sense of trust, because I’m pretty clueless when it comes to mechanics, and I wouldn’t have known it was under warranty. I’ve used their shuttle service sometimes but mostly have enjoyed the convenience of waiting in a comfortable area with free coffee while my car is serviced. So Its like most smooth experience we had today with Lancaster Toyota. We were not sure about the Exact pros and cons of the car we were planning to buy and we are glad that we got ROBERTO VAZQUEZ as our guide to help us find the best car too choose.
There was not a single doubt i had before leaving the Place with our new car. He helped us throw everything we needed to know. Even the Finance Manager helped us in every process.
I will highly recommend this location to anyone who likes Toyota.

In August 2020 my wife and I requested a test drive for a 2020 Toyota Sienna for its AWD, capability to handle four car seats, and reliability of the Toyota brand. Our salesman was Mike Forney, who has been with Lancaster Toyota for 8 years. Mike was very thorough in showing us many of the features of this automobile and accompanied us as we each test drove it. After reviewing our trade-in and offering what I thought was a fair price (I had checked Kelley Blue Book prior to visiting Lancaster Toyota) we purchased the Sienna through Mike. He took care of all the details, including contacting our insurance agent and printing an insurance card for the vehicle before we left the lot. Mike also helped us pair our phones with the bluetooth system, and demonstrated some of the many features of this van. We've been contacted several times by Mike as follow up of our purchase, and were pleasantly surprised the first time we filled the gas tank to find a personal note from Mike he had left on the gas cap. I previously had a 2007 Toyota Tacoma that I'd purchased from Lancaster Toyota and was always serviced at their location. It was an excellent truck, ran well, very reliable. The service at Lancaster Toyota is top notch, and reliable. I never felt that they were pushing additional or unnecessary products or services on me, and they kept my truck in excellent running condition.
