I have always received excellent service from when I chose my car with the help of Wayne Ludwig through regular servicing of my vehicle. ALL of the service advisors have been friendly, polite and helpful. The shuttle drivers are courteous and conscientious in their driving. The service lounge is comfortable and offers wi-fi and TV and other amenities. Definitely will continue to purchase and service my vehicles there.

On the date my 30 checkup for new car(RAV4)I was given car wash slip. I went there immediately after checkup completed. When I returned home immediately after car wash,my neighbor saw the tail light was damaged. He restores classic cars for a living. He stated it looks damage from car wash because plug was inside. When I came in with my wife's recall Amanda stated that would considered a defect & be covered under new car warranty. Not only was part not ready but I was upset when told damage would not be covered via shop foreman's decision. I'm not satisfied!

We brought our RAV in for its 25,000 service. As usual, Paul was able to schedule a time most convenient for us. The service we receive on our RAV, our 2003 Tacoma, and even our daughters 2010 Corolla, when she visits from Virginia, are the reasons for returning to Paul at this dealer. I have been a customer of Lancaster Toyota for at least 17 years. Travis has been my primary service advisor for 15 years. He has always been upfront with issues, time allowances for repairs, the best way to manage repairs that will be coming up and managing costs. I just bought a new RAV 4 and am happy to say I will be continuing my relationship with Lancaster Toyota and Travis.

I have been a customer of Lancaster Toyota for many years. Travis has been the service department customer care person for 15 years. Good customer service is important to me. I have to say Lancaster Toyota has treated me well in all these years. My vehicle is ready as planned, unless there was an unexpected problem. Travis has always taken the time to explain the issue and possible solutions. I recently bought a new Rav 4 here at Lancaster Toyota and expect the same high quality service with this vehicle as with the last three.

Excellent service! I pulled right into the large, clean service garage and was greeted by Cory who walked me over to his desk. I detailed the services my car needed and he quickly setup everything and provided a preliminary price. When my car was done he called to let me know it was ready and the price was exactly what I expected. Fast and friendly. Great customer experience. Thanks Cory!

I called this morning on short notice with a question regarding my 2016 4Runner. Lisa bumped my scheduled appointment up to today. She was very professional and consciencious, and made sure that I was clearly informed about the service being performed to my vehicle. She made sure that I was aware of the shuttle service and amenities that Lancaster Toyota offered. She also brought me out to the service technician to confirm the issue that was being fixed. Most importantly, when I drove my car home, it was fixed. Lisa is a consumate professional, and dealing with her was very easy. She provided great service, and made sure that as a customer, I was taken care of. She and her team are deserving of this high review.

On multiple occasions we have needed 'urgent' car care and Paul has always been able to accommodate us. I was trying to get an answer about when I could have my car back,a nd she observed from a distance that I was frustrated because I had appointments and did not know how I was going to get there. She came to my rescue with a coupon for a 1-day rental and totally resolved the situation in short order. I really appreciate her sensitivity and compassion!. Keep up the good work, Holly!

Needed a replacement key and programmed. Had to return to the desk because the wrong pager number was entered. He suggested I needed wiper blades but they were just replaced the week prior at inspection. Said I needed my license plate light replaced and I approved but it wasn't done. Very disorganized and not professional. Better service from my "mom & pop" garage. Thanks

I was there for a yearly tag inspection. I had plugged a tire with 10k miles that they would not pass. Toyota wanted double the cost of the exact tire so I left to replace the tire. I returned with the matching tire and was informed at that point due to leaving the lot the state required the entire car be reinspected costing another $35.00 and another hour of my time. It was a catch 22. If I left it costs $35.00 for the same inspection to the state and if I stayed it would cost $350.00. Why can they not identify a problem document it and then clear it when the problem has be verified it was corrected? Why does Toyota charge twice the cost for their manufacture tire which comes on the car then I can have put on at a tire center?

I've been here quite a few times before I was in earlier this week for a state inspection. I arrived early for my appointment and was checked in and work started promptly. Work was completed in an appropriate amount of time (about 1 hour for a state inspection) while I enjoyed the free coffee and wifi. My experience here is consistently excellent. Work is always completed correctly and in the time promised. The prices are competitive with other shops in the area for major repairs, but on the high side for routine maintenance (oil changes, inspections). Often, however, I am willing to pay the slight premium to have the convenience of the shuttle service to work or the wifi and comfortable waiting area. In all, getting my car serviced here is a positive, consistent experience. I'll definitely be back.
