Lancaster Toyota salesman Dave T****** took care of me during my purchase of a 2020 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road 4x4. He was polite, well mannered, and knowledgeable about the Tacoma and it's options. There was no pressure applied to me to buy. We discussed the offer and did some negotiating and I came away very happy with the deal. The entire process was very efficient and took two hours from the time I arrived at the dealership until I drove away with a new truck. I have purchased a few Toyota trucks from various dealerships in the Lancaster/Lebanon area and his was my first purchase from Lancaster Toyota. Steve at the dealership was awesome. He was patient and addressed all of our questions when looking at a car. He was super professional even when someone hit us on the test drive. Holly was n is awesome kept me in contact always n did her best to make things happen! My car went to faulkner chevy cuz it's a chevy malibu .
