Amanda, to my surprise --- welcomed me to Toyota service appointment, seeing my car's inspection was overdue. NOT GOOD! I have 2 Rav4s and get them inspected at the same time "usually". But not this time...and it was my wife's car I failed to have inspected. NOT GOOD!! So I am grateful Amanda spotted the overlooked inspection. My oil was changed, tires rotated and with the inspection cared for now I am guaranteed a very happy home for the holidays. THANK YOU TOYOTA Amanda H. 11/07/20 |

Miguel Delgado was awesome. I always think anyone at Lancaster Toyota is awesome but Miguel was the best!! He found the the phone number in their system was wrong and fixed that first of all. I have been going there for years and I'm sure I had never had that phone number so it was wrong for years!! He was just a nice sweet guy for an old lady like me. I really appreciated it!! Looked at Honda’s again as that’s what she’s driven since 2001. Not impressed with interior/exterior color selection OR the 1.5 4cyl W/turbocharged this 2020 year so we drove up the street to Lancaster Toyota. Much to our surprise they had a silver Camry with two-tone gray cloth interior, Exactly what we were looking for. Got a fair price (IMO) for the Honda accord and drove that silver Toyota home that evening. Lancaster Toyota has been by far the most easy-going dealership to deal with and on a sidenote, Ian Wenger is an asset to the said dealership. Ian W. 11/05/20 |

I am the one who makes our vehicle decisions because my husband prefers to use his time to earn the money to pay for the car, and I did not feel at any time that Kohei regarded me as the "lesser" of the participants on the buying side. We had our 2019 Highlander in for the 18 month service and fuel pump replacement which was to be replaced because of a recall. Lisa T. ordered the parts and scheduled the appointment and all work was completed in less time than we expected. A video was also sent of the Technician checking the tires and brake pads. I brought my wife's Highlander to have Body Side Moldings installed. I was greeted by Lisa T. who was very polite and ask my name and what was to be done. She pulled it up on the computer and confirmed the work to be done. After a short wait my pager rang and I went to get checked out and left. The body side moldings look great and Lisa was very pleasant to work with.
