My wife and I stopped by Lancaster Toyota to begin searching for a new car. We have had 4 Toyota vehicles in the past and present. We were not looking to purchase a new car but Gus was very helpful to get us into the best car model and to take us on a test drive. We are so excited to be back at Lancaster Toyota and very much appreciate Kohei Watanabe helping us select a new Highlander. Kohei assisted us in looking at several new Toyota vehicles, never once encouraging us to go in one direction or another, but rather allowing us to make our own decision after learning about and trying different vehicles. The entire staff at Lancaster Toyota have been delightful to work with, from the sales manager, to sales, accounting, and service staff. We feel safe and supported and have a high level of trust in the people we work with. Thank you to all those wonderful folks at Lancaster Toyota. We recently returned to have a hitch installed, door edge guards, sill plates, and door protection strips. Holly, in the service department, was fantastic to work with and ensured that our visit was perfect, with every detail covered and taken care of. Shawn, our service technician who installed all of our new items, actually took a video of his work and sent it to us prior to picking up our vehicle. It was beautiful and the work was excellent. Everything looked like it came on the vehicle, straight from the factory. Thank you both, Holly and Shawn for your excellent attention to detail and making us feel like we were your most important customers of the day, although we known you had others who we are sure, had the same sentiments about your work. Every step in the process of having ductless AC installed in our house went as smoothly as possible. Our sales rep, Jimmy, was friendly, informative, and responsive. Our two service techs who installed the system, Jeff and Christian, were timely, efficient, and unobtrusive (although they were inside and outside our house for two full days, we were able to keep on with our daily routines with minimal need for adjustment due to their presence). Ron was not only helpful with the entire process but he let me feel like one of their family. The Lancaster family. Yes, it is true once you do business with them, they consider and accept you as a part of their family.
90% of the entire process was already done over the phone and internet. Before I reached to the dealership my car was ready to be delivered.
It took 1.5 hrs only to pick up my Toyota Corolla 2021 Hybrid LE.
Ron made me drive my new car, for which I was hesitant. This was my first car and Ron made it like a memorable incident for me.

Had an inspection, warranty car maintenance, and struts put in (under warranty). All work was done satisfactorily. I have never had any problems with Lancaster Toyota and thank them for the many years of service they have given all of my vehicles. All of the Service Pros that I have dealt with are very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Today I had Kurt L, and he was all of the above. Our search for a new car covered several makes and models, but our test drives with Ian Wenger and his patience and willingness to work with us as we continued our research was a major factor in arriving at our choice. We first drove a 2020 Avalon Hybrid, a well-equipped and impressive vehicle. Ultimately we went with a Camry XLE Hybrid which proved a perfect fit for our driving styles and comfort. Throughout the process Ian was an excellent presenter of details of the vehicle, its many features and options—all without pressure. He's an excellent listener as well and took the time to get to know us and our search criteria. The dealership itself was offering upfront discounting along with Toyota's current incentives which fit our budget frame perfectly even adjusting the offer to our researched asking price. We selected our Camry after a brief alternate color scheme search and arranged final pricing by phone with Ian. We picked up our vehicle at the dealership where Ian and the staff made sure it was prepped, tagged, and ready to go. Throughout the entire search process Lancaster Toyota and its staff were clearly placing customer and staff safety at a central priority. Covid-19 safety protocols were extensive and reassuring and made the in-person visits and contacts stress-free. All in all, our shopping experience was everything one could hope for during these challenging times. I recently bought a new 2020 Takoma from Lancaster Toyota and it was one of the best car buying experiences thanks to Gus Photis. Mr. Gus was very patient and pleasant to work with. He was knowledgeable about what he was selling and made sure I got the most out of my money. He helped me through every process of the purchase and made sure I wasn’t missing anything. They didn’t originally have the specific model I was looking for with the options I wanted but he made sure to procure the one I wanted from a dealership on the same day.
