Started off on questionable grounds. I got a recall on my 2018 Tocoma to re-seal the 3rd brake light. Made an appointment and was told to bring it in the night before OR before the 7:30am the day of. I assumed it was scheduled first thing. Migal kept texting the same repeated message as if coming from a Bot that they are committed to their customers and getting the vehicle done before 5:00pm. Finally got to it after 11:am. Later at 12:41pm I was sent a link to watch what the Technician Zach did to remedy. When I texted to ask if vehicle was done I was told no it was not and I would be notified. Not used to this lack of speedy service as I also have dealt with Jones Honda service.

Today was my second experience with Lancaster Toyota. This concerning a recall on my 2018 Toyota Tocoma. Around October 2021 I wanted to sell back an 11 month old Toyota Camry with CLEAR TITLE that I bought new at Lancaster Toyota in November of 2020. (this was after receiving a letter in the mail explaining how badly they needed clean used cars.) Because as a long time Honda Accord driver my wife just could not get used to the longer reach of the door and the higher backseat headrest contributing to blind spots. Refusing your offer led me to Jones Honda to do a trade in on a 2019 (yes I went backward to get her back into a Accord) and their offer was considerably more. I feel management talks a good story but that’s about all they’re worth. Ps; I challenge you to try to pick this story apart like you try to do when reviews do not satisfy you.)

I had my vehicle serviced in April. I was hearing a sound that was not normal since the servicing. I gave it time, thinking something needed to be "broken in." The sound did not subside, so I made an appointment to have it checked out. I went in thinking I'd have a fee to pay for just getting it looked at. The certified tech and Gavin G. took time to explain the cause of the noise, making sure I was satisfied and felt safe driving my vehicle. And I was not charged! As always, Lancaster Toyota is all about service and the customer. Thank you!

Kurt (the service advisor) & Justin (the service manager) were so kind & patient with explaining everything that they would do and why. My car was brought in for a 5,000 mile checkup and the instalation of a remote start. I brought it there at 7:30am and was expecting it that day since they said the install would only take 3 hours plus the service check up. At the end of the day it was still not done so they gave me a loaner car which was very nice. I let them know that i needed my car the next day by 9:30 or i will have to take their car for the day out of state. At 9:30 I was contacted and told it would be ready in 10 minutes. I said "I can't wait". I was unable to get back in time to pick it up that day. 48 hours after I dropped it off I picked up my car. I told them that I was not filling the gas tank up since I should have been driving my car out of state and they also gave me a $50 discount on the remote install which made things "OK". If I had known I would have scheduled the check up and the install seperately. Holly Ochs was the best person I have met there. She was friendy, personable, and kept me informed about the progress of my car. I recommend that if you go there to ask for Holly. Her customer service is the only reason I gave a 4. If i were to give a rating on just her it would be a 10. Thank you Holly.

I was in today for service on my 2013 Rav 4, with almost 130,000 miles on it. LTM keeps my vehicle in tip top shape, and Holly is a great servcie advisor. They dispell the myth of Dealerships being a rip off. I really feel that I trust Holly and the team at LTM

Rick Hershey was awesome to work with, he goes above and beyond when helping you find the right car for you or someone in your family! I have had the pleasure of working with for the last 3 cars I have gotten there. I have gone in back to back to co sign for a car for my husband an the next day a truck for my son. I recently went in yesterday ro see about trading my SUV in for a newer model. Once again, Rick came through for me! I recommend him to anyone that is looking for a use car, he is by far the best!

Gavin Glick was my Service Advisor. I have done business with Lancaster Toyota for many years and just about everyone I have dealt with has been great. But Gavin was the best Service Advisor I have had yet. Also the guy who took me to Gavin was very nice but sorry I didn't get his name. I was very nervous because I was late for my appt. but Gavin put me at ease right away. After explaining what they would be doing I went into your comfortable waiting room. Then he came in to get me when my car was finished. Lancaster Toyota is great in so many ways. Thank you all!!

I am a long time customer of Lancaster Toyota and trust their service department for maintenance of my vehicles. My most recent service appointment was for a 70,000 mile service and state inspection. Lisa T was my Service Adviser. Lisa met me at my car when I drove into the service area and advised me of what would be performed at today's visit, the costs and approximate time this would take. She was articulate, professional and friendly. I was completely satisfied with the service on my car. A new feature is a video of the service performed by the technician. This was sent to my phone while I waited for my car. The technician shows the work that was performed and describes his findings. He also responded to a question that I had asked when I dropped off my car. I am very satisfied!
