I have purchased 3 cars from this dealer, and recommend them to anyone. The service is excellent. They welcome you. They are always friendly, answer all questions and give phone calls to inform you of your cars status. Ms. Holly worked with me yesterday. She went the extra mile. She noticed my insurance
card was missing , and called my company. I really appreciated this.because to return or hold up my inspection would have been a great problem during this Co vid time. She give me a heads up on pending repairs, including the time frame plus estimated cost. I am a senior on fixed income so that meant alot to me. I usually.ride the shuttle but it is not available now, so I.brought my car in the day before because I had a ride. I have been a loyal Lancaster Toyota customer for 34 years because of great customer experience and service. I'm always treated like family and blessed by this every time. I have never had a forum like this to show my appreciation and would like to share an experience that happened with the very first car that I purchased in 1986. A can of paint had fallen out of a van that I was following and I drove through it. I called Lancaster Toyota and explained the problem. I was told to bring the car directly to the body shop which cleaned the entire car of any splattered paint. No charge!! The customer experience at Lancaster Toyota has never wavered in all this time. The problem was that whereas I could unlock all 4 doors of my Camry with a key, I couldn't open the driver's door, i.e., there seemed to be no connection between the outside door handle and the mechanism that opened the door. I was able to schedule an appointment for early the next morning, and the work was completed within 2 hours then. My check engine light came on all of a sudden as I was headed home from eye exam. I pulled into Toyota. In no time Holly and crew had the problem identified, a video of the problem sent to my phone, the genuine parts ordered for my 23-yr old RAV, and got me a ride home and way back next day. My car was back in operation before noon next day. Incredible!

I am the least mechanically inclined individual ever, so when the tire light flashed on my dash I immediately drove to Lancaster Toyota where Travis checked the pressure and decided that something was amiss. He had the mechanic take a look, turns out it was a corroded tire valve that was leaking so they replaced it right there and then (no appointment). While Travis was explaining all this to me, I mentioned my state inspection was probably coming up, so he checked and made an appointment for next month to have that taken care of. We recently purchased a 2020 Toyota Highlander from Lancaster Toyota with the assistance of Kohei Watanabe, our sales representative. Kohei was very helpful throughout the entire process, never pushing us, but always providing necessary and essential information that allowed us to make an informed decision about which vehicle would best meet our needs. The entire sales, management and service teams worked closely together to model for us how they would continue to take care of us long after the sale.
We previously purchased a Toyota Tundra From Lancaster Toyota and had the same positive experience we had with our new Toyota Highlander. We specifically returned to Lancaster Toyota because we wanted to buy our new vehicle from them and because we so enjoyed the relationship that developed with the service department staff with our previous experience and wanted to renew that professional relationship with them. The interior of my car was in good shape. The outside had a few more paint and scratch issues than I am used to with Lancaster Toyota. There were a few issues that made my experience less than it could have been. One, when I first looked at the car, the rear mat in the cargo area looked like someone had cut it multiple times with a saw. This should have been replaced long before any customer saw the car. I had to tell them it was a deal breaker before a new one showed up. Second, once I signed the paperwork I felt rushed out the door. I asked to be guided through the safety features and the entertainment system. I got help syncing my phone and that was it. I spent the next few days studying the manual trying to figure things out myself. I still had to drive back to the dealer to ask other questions that could have been taken care of when I bought the car. Finally, after basically handing them a check for $34000, they gave me a car with just under a half tank of gas. Really? The car I traded in had more than that. Fill the tank!!! John A. 07/31/20 |

This review is mainly for Rick Hershey at Lancaster Toyota. My wife and I have bought several cars (both new and used) over the years, and we were both blown away by how easy it was to work with Rick! From the first phone call contact to the closing “elbow bump,” Rick was the best. I’d go so far as to recommend that you ask for Rick specifically to guide you through your used car purchase. Oh, and did I mention the deal itself? He was able to lobby his manager on our behalf to get us MORE on our trade-in than was originally quoted. Rick personally and honestly explained how the process worked at Lancaster Toyota, and really made us feel like he was in our corner. The dealership is really clean and very COVID/Mask aware too.
