It was a great experience with only one slight miscommunication. When I schedule, I was told the tech would be at my house between 12-2 pm. I was at a breakfast meeting and return at 9 am to find the tech was already there. If my wife had left for work when she should have, and I had a longer meeting, it would have created inefficiencies and inconvenience for both us and the tech. 04/13/17 |

Have used Lake Cook Plumbing Service multiple times and have to say they have been very dependable. Very knowledgeable and interactive guys have worked in my home. If I ask a question it gets answered straight forward.
Last guy to service, was Brian. Although fairly young, this guy was the ultimate professional and worked quickly.

We have called Lake Cook Plumbing for a number of issues. They have come in a timely manner, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them. Our recent call started with overflowing toilet. Luigi responded to the emergency call and temporarily fixed the clog. Then, Casey came out to diagnosis and came back the next day to fix. On the day the pipe was being fixed, my oldest was sick and I had to take him to the ER. Casey was very understanding. He told me to worry about my son. He would get the pipe fixed and we'd settle up once I was home with my son. On the professional side, he was great at explaining the problem and how we needed to fix it. The actual work performed was done well. However we did get some minor water damage below due to a mishap from the plumber. Also, even after discounts $375 for just under an hours work seems rather high. 03/17/17 |
