Joe did an outstanding job getting my furnace and AC back in running order Joe was able to identify the problem and find the cause which, in my opinion, was not a simple process. When Danny S. arrived to repair my A/C unit it wasn't working at all and the temp. indoors was about 87. In less time than it takes to make coffee he had it fixed and up and running with no problems since. You might tell Sears (where I bought the unit) that is performing better since Danny fixed it than it did when it was brand new.
Whatever you do, don't let Danny retire.

I scheduled AC servicing through HomeSmart, which was done by Luis S. I could not have asked for a more professional service agent. He called to let me know that he was on his way; covered his shoes without being asked when he arrived; was very thorough and explained the process to me. Luis came to check my air conditioner and did incredible work. He is a very nice man who loves his job and it shows. He showed me how to change my filter, took time to bundle my cables so they were not in contact with a rod in my unit, he removed a tree root and weeds that were growing into the air conditioner unit and he gave me other tips to keep my equipment working well. I was really unhappy that HomeSmart didn't respond to my calls, e-mails, etc. to have my AC fixed. It was so very hot and we were hiding out in the basement. My calls kept getting dropped and I had no communication with them at all for 1 1/2 weeks. I finally got through and Denny S. came to fix my AC.
Denny went to extraordinary measures to get my AC fixed that day. He had to leave and drive to Santa Fe and Evans to get a part (during rush hour) and was working at my house until 6:30 p.m. I believe this went above and beyond and I was very appreciative. Danny S arrived in the earlier part of the determined time range. He quickly began working to complete the requested service. He explained the process of the service on my central air conditioning unit, and gave me helpful hints on how to keep in running efficiently. I have been a customer of HomeSmart for a few years, covering 3 houses and have been extremely satisfied. Danny S is one of the many talented technicians that work for HomeSmart. The only problem we did have was with the call center. My husband was told they would be coming to our house Wednesday between the hours of 11am- 2pm he take time off to be here for the person and no one show up and no phone calls nothing. So he call in and they say oh we have you done for Thursday? Okay so he wait till 2pm on Thursday and no one shows up So my husband calls and they don’t have us down at all in the system ??? Really my husband wants to speak to a manger so they said the manager will call back and 15 minutes goes by while my husband is waiting for a manager to call him back instead Joe.A calls and says he will be right over my husband ask Joe.A how long have we been in his system Joe.A say’s it just popped up. Thanks you Joe.A for coming over right away to help us get our AC up and running again. Your service was Great and very much appreciated... But the Call center need to get themselves together not fun wairing around when they do follow up on there service.... 1st time we ever used the service and it’s sad that whom ever didn’t do there job at the call center twice should be retrained... I am a Homesmart plan customer and have been for about 1 year.
I was scheduled for AC service on June 25th between 2:00 and 4:00 PM. No one showed up.
I had this appointment for at least a month. When my AC started making a loud noise the early part of June, I called to see if service could respond any faster than June 25th. I was told No.
When no-one showed up on the 25th I called and the call was taken by Tanesia. She rescheduled my service for the 28th of June. She advised me that the woman who I spoke with earlier was no longer with the company. Tanesia apologized to me and handled the problem in a professional manner. Thank you Tanesia.
On the 28th, Luis S arrived right on time. He was professional and did a good job checking out my AC. He asked about the noise and I described it to him twice.
When he left, the AC was working properly and no noise as before.
I had considered cancelling my contract in August however I have decided to keep it based on the service provided by Tanesia and Luis S.
