Danny S was the Service Pro that came to our home for a furnace check. He called in advance as promised and showed up at the exact scheduled time. He was very courteous and business like. Danny asked how often I changed my furnace filters and made a recommendation on how often I should change the filters. He also asked about the filter on my humidifier and also made a recommendation on how often it should be changed. He gave me an quick overview of his service call and emailed me a copy of his service invoice. The furnace was put back together as he found it and he was off to his next scheduled appointment. Danny Stacy has beem my technician for several years, his work is phenominal and he takes the time to explain everything easy for me to understand a bit more about my AC and Heater system. We had our thermostat die on us yesterday, during a chilly afternoon. I called HomeSmart, the rep I spoke to was very efficient and friendly. We got a call from scheduling from another very friendly agent advising a call was already going out to a tech, and we'd have service in less than 2 hours. Not even an hour later, HomeSmart tech Randy B. was at our door, and maybe 30-40 minutes later he'd resolved the issue with no problem, and no headache for us. Randy was friendly, professional and very efficient. I would strongly recommend him, and HomeSmart in general to anyone who doesn't have it.. Immediately, Joe A. , with little information from homeowner, has accurately diagnosed the problem, comes prepared to fix it with the right tools. Truly a seasoned professional!! Luis Sanchez was assigned to complete a furnace tuneup. He was a very friendly and personable serviceman! He explained everything he was doing and encouraged to ask more questions. When he completed the job, he ask what he could do to make the service call better. I was very impressed with Mr. Sanchez and his professionalism. We have had Joe A service our seasonal equipment for many, many years and he has always been a gem. He is the reason we stay with Homesmart. I will say, however, that the time it takes to actually talk to a representative for any of the services offered has never been less than 15 minutes on hold. Danny arrived early, calling first to confirm which was nice. I explained the problem and he took the furnace apart, cleaned parts and finally was able to determine the cause of the problem I was having and fixed it by replacing a part. Steven T******* used to be my technician, but he has moved on to a different position, and I was devastated. I just loved him. I must say I was anxious about a new technician, however, Luis S. did not disappoint. He was very professional. Danny S. came out and serviced my air conditioner. I had not had it running correctly for nearly 10 years. He spent about an hour, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and my A/C is running like brand new!!! Before he left, he provided some tips and talked about the future life of it.
