Have used Homesmart for my major appliances in the past 8 years. I get a free inspection of my 50's boiler each year and this year Luis came out and was great and so informative! Luis ** did an annual inspection on our furnace on Wednesday. He was friendly, efficient, respectful of our home and knowledgeable. That day we had about 10" of snow and Luis still came to do the inspection even though it meant working until way past normal hours. He is a great representative of HomeSmart from Excel Energy. Have been with HomeSmart for many years. Danny came over to “winter proof” our boiler, checked all the pipes, etc. for gas leaks and found one. Went over the entire boiler, took care of the leak, etc. In and out in about 20 minutes. Just another example of the OUTSTANDING service we have received from HomeSmart over the years. There was a problem with needing an extra part, and he took care of it wonderfully, making sure that the part was delivered by the end of the day so he could come first thing and finish fixing my furnace. He called me at 7:30 the next morning and arrived promptly to get everything working. Joe A. Called ahead of time to tell me he was on his way, I wish all companies all companies would do that!!! He said he had been here before, of course, I don't remember but my Multiple Sclerosis has been off lately so my brain isn't working well lately either!! He went right to my furnace and did his job, I had a new filter for him to put in , which he did, and he also had batteries for my temperature box!! Very kind man and very polite!
