Luis went above and beyond expectations as he showed me how to maintain my appliance while answering the call for another! He also helped me push for a solution today before the holiday weekend, and arrived early when I placed my service call so late. Luis Sanchez was our technician. He was very knowledgeable, courteous, and showed real concern and empathy for our problem. Our air conditioner went out on the second hottest day of the summer.
If I had a problem again I would ask for Luis. He got the problem solved quickly and had the part needed on his truck so we didn't have to wait .

I was really unhappy that HomeSmart didn't respond to my calls, e-mails, etc. to have my AC fixed. It was so very hot and we were hiding out in the basement. My calls kept getting dropped and I had no communication with them at all for 1 1/2 weeks. I finally got through and Denny S. came to fix my AC.
Denny went to extraordinary measures to get my AC fixed that day. He had to leave and drive to Santa Fe and Evans to get a part (during rush hour) and was working at my house until 6:30 p.m. I believe this went above and beyond and I was very appreciative. Luis S. 08/16/19 |

Just wanted to leave a review for Danny S. from Homesmart. He has recently made three service calls for me, one for the A/C and two for my on-demand hot water heater. He did a GREAT job for both! The reason he made a second call for the water heater is because he went out of his way to replace the fan blower assembly and had to get the part (over $400) which was covered by my Homesmart contract.
