Manuel came the same day that I needed someone to fix our furnace. He is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Manuel fixed our furnace and even stayed to make sure that it cycled successfully. He explained what had happened, had the part that we needed on his truck and provided excellent service. We highly recommend Manuel!!!

Kelly McBean was a very responsive service professional. He made sure to schedule timely appointments for my furnace issue. The issue was intermittent and very problematic. His perseverance and technical troubleshooting proved out in the final solution. It didn't take near as long as it could have. I had some trouble with my furnace recently, I called Xcel Homesmart and they sent Steve out. He is awesome! He did a great job of checking everything out but more importantly he made sure he explained it all to me . He also reminded me of the importance of having & checking my carbon monoxide detectors regularly and placing them on all floors of the house. Steve is incredibly polite, knowledgeable in his field and thorough. I was very happy to see him when my water heater wasn’t working and he showed up, again he came through with flying colors. Xcel Homesmart is a great plan and they are fortunate to have a wonderful technician like Steve. Thank you Steve for doing a fantastic job for me...twice!!

Another issue with my furnace. This is a 20yr old Carrier furnace and AC that we use for the downstairs half of the house. Furnace would start, heat up but the fan would not kick in and there was a strong smell of burning electrical insulation. This happened on a Saturday night. Called at 7am on Monday morning; they indicated a technician might be available anytime in the day, OK? Sure, what did I have to loose. I get a call 15 minutes later; "Hey I can be at your house at 8an, OK?" I say sure and Kelly turns up. Turns out the motor was a bust, so he replaced the motor and startup capacitor. Runs so much quieter than the original now. I purchased HomeSmart when stuff started playing up and the $35/month I am paying has certainly made me sleep better at night. So total cost for the service was $552 covered by HomeSmart. Anyway, Kelly was so professional, friendly and I can't say enough good things about this service. Well worth the money.
