Had returned from vacation and discovered that there was problem with our furnace. Notified Home Smart and was scheduled for service within 3 days. Manuel Lopez, our service technician, arrived promptly within the window of time provided by Home Smart. He provided a thorough analysis of the situation and discovered that motor required replacement. He immediately ordered the required parts and promised to return upon delivery. Parts were delivered to our house within 2 hours and Manuel returned shortly thereafter to make the needed repairs and change filter. I found him to be very professional and friendly. We have our heat back on and are very satisfied with HomeSmart and the Manuel's service.

The HomeSmart service has paid for itself for us a few times over. We've received great service on every service call. My only complaint and the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because the hold times on the phone are so long -- over 20 minutes sometimes. But, once you finally get through, the repair techs come out quickly and are great about calling and letting you know when to expect them.

Kelly M was prompt (actually a bit early but called to ensure I was ok with his early arrival). Listened to my issue and very thorough with trouble shooting. He did follow up to ensure that the furnace that was acting flaky was working correctly. I could not have asked for more thorough and friendly service.

Kelly was on the early side of the 9-11 window. I love that! He has serviced our equipment before - he's neat, efficient, was able to replace the filter on the humidifier which is covered by the plan but he wasn't prepared to deal with the humidifer. He went the extra mile. I highly recommend Kelly M.

Xcel personnel were EXTREMELY professional with my furnace installation. Luis S, Sam and all who worked on this! They worked throughout the day, cleaned up well and communicated throughout. (The Lennox furnace is not “whisper quiet” as I was told, however they are still working on that).

The Furnace Tuneup Specialist was competent, thorough, efficient and well mannered. He completed the inspection quickly, had some tips and generally seemed a nice person. I am very happy with the HomeSmart service. I used to call a local heating service to do this yearly and they were very expensive and always found some extra, extra cost requirements which "needed" to be done. I think that being on a maintenance contract saves money in the short and long run.

Kelly M, today, 1/3/2018, serviced my furnace which quit working on me last night, 1/2/2018. Kelly thoroughly checked my furnace before he concluded the problem was my old motor. I sat by the entrance to the crawl space and I could hear Kelly checking every aspect of my furnace. When he initially started, the furnace sounded just as I described to him. He continued his examination and finally informed me he was replacing the old motor with a new one. He took his time replacing the old with new, and started the furnace. What a quiet beginning. Needless to say, the warm air began circulating throughout my house. Kelly is an efficient Service Pro. His professionalism makes him the Service Pro I would always request. He talks just enough to explain what is being done, but continues in his own way in assuring that everything is going to operate as if his own. Kelly, thank you very much. You made my day for me. I won't have to go through another cold night. Peace. God Bless.

Steven T came to our home to check out our furnace and cold air return. He was very efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and completed a check of the cold air return and suggested I have the air ducts cleaned to improve the air flow. At his suggestion he checked the carbon monoxide levels and found them to be at safe levels. We would definitely recommend Steven T and HomeSmart.

I just want to write a professional positive compliment for the excellent services provided tonight by Manuel L from the HomeSmart from Xcel Energy Program. He was ontime and attentive to my needs. He provided fantasitc service for my pilot and did a complete furnace check and provided me an honest recommendation for future issues that may arise. He has great customer service and would definitely use him again to service my furnace/heating needs. The only drawback was that I had placed the service call on a weekend night and had no heat but there were no techs available; and the outside temperature was above 32 degrees however I was scheduled the following open business day for service the same day.
