Luis did an excellent job and was extremely thorough. Even thought the boiler seemed to be working fine, he stayed to ensure it worked. The boiler kept cutting off after awhile, and Luis found a defective part. He fixed it and the boiler worked fine. What I thought a routine visit turned into a couple of hours to diagnose the problem. A different tech was there last week and replaced the thermostat. I came in today and the temperature inside the house was 40 degrees. Very conscientious and friendly. great job. Luis S. 04/14/20 |

Luis B w/ HomeSmart/Excel Energy was very professional, courteous, timely, thorough, patient in walking me through what he needed to do, ordered a part, called to confirm when best time to come back w/ part to install it. Luis brought shoe covers with to ensure cleanliness, completed his work and walked me thru all that he had done. He was very neat about all and had me sign the receipt and thanked me and he was on his way. Very good and diligent worker. Definitely an asset to HomeSmart/Excel Energy and an asset to us customers. Today I had Luis Sanchez come out to check my heater and I have to say this man is a ROCK STAR Mr Sanchez was very friendly checked everything out and gave me some tips on how to put in my flter because all this time I was putting it in wrong. Mr Luis S drew an arrow on my heater to remind me which way to put in my next filter also showed me where the heater switch was at and showed me where the heater fuse was at. I have had my heater checked before many times and was never told anything except that the job was done.
