Luis S did are great job and provided great customer service when he came out to review why my new CO2 monitor was starting to beep and not reset. Luis checked out my new furnace to make sure it was functioning properly and not release deadly poisonous fumes and after determine it was the monitor replaced it promptly. Luis did a great job troubleshooting my furnace that was shutting off for no apparent reason. After an initial fix didn't solve the problem he came right back out to investigate more. Luis was fantastic. Professional informative and helpful. I thought after is visit the furnace was not working I was wrong regardless he came back to investigate. And thankfully he did come back. While the furnace was fine,the water heater had a leak. He spent a lot of time educating me and making sure he alerted the main office. Luis S. went above and beyond the call of duty to help me. I'm 86 years old and my furnace went out on the coldest day of the year. The part to fix it was not readily available but Luis is so talented that he was able to rewire my entire furnace to be compatible with a universal part and get me heat asap. Way to go Luis!! Danny S. of HomeSmart From Xcel Energy came to my house and checked out my furnace which I had installed one year ago by Excel Energy. I thought maybe I had a furnace that was not fit for my house because I turned it up a lot last year. We needed A Tech to come over and look at our Wall Furnace. Luis told us that they don't service this type of Furnace, but Luis said he would still try to get our furnace working. Unfortunately Luis was not able to get our outdated furnace to turn on, but not due to a lack of trying. Mr. Luis S. was very apologetic about not being able to get our furnace working. One cold morning we turned on the furnace and the fan blew, but only cold air came out. We called HomeSmart and Danny S was able to come to our home that same day. He was professional and efficient, but also took the time to clean our filters and continue testing to find there was a short in the gas line. He had the needed part in his truck and completely fixed the problem before he left. We were very pleased with the same day service and the tenacity of Danny S in locating and fixing the problem. HomeSmart has always been awesome, but Luis S. still exceeded my expectations. He explained everything in detail, and why he was doing everything he did to look at and diagnose the issue with my AC and/or furnace. Once he figured out the problem he tried to get the part delivered that night so he could come back to fix it, but it was pretty late in the day so he came back the next day to repair it once the part was delivered. We signed up for preventative maintenance on our boiler system. The previous homeowners had used HomeSmart, so we thought we'd give it a try.
