The tech that came out (Luis S.) got the water heater going again in a timely manner, but I don’t think it’s appropriate to say he prefers that women not try to relate the pilot. My 18 yr old son and 16 yr old daughter where the ones home when he came to service the water heater (remote learning), my daughter immediately text me to tell me about his comment because she felt very uncomfortable hearing that. I am requesting that Luis NOT come service ANYTHING in this house. I will be calling HomeSmart to file a complaint. Luis S. 01/31/21 |

Had somebody from Fixit to do a furnace cleaning for $39.95. They did that then told us we needed to replace the electric motor which because it was leaking oil. I know electric motors do not have oil in them. He said it would cost around $600-$700 to replace. I said no I will call Service Pro Luis S. from Homesmart from Xcel Energy to check it out. He did and said everything was fine. Would high recommend Homesmart from Xcel Energy and Luis for your repairs. Luis S. 01/31/21 |

Luis has a good customer service skills, he arrived on time and he was wearing a mask and he cover his shoes before he got in to the house, he spend 2 hours in repairing my Furnace and he did all the diagnosed needed and he explained to me all the steps while he was doing it. very friendly and knowledgeable of his field not like others guys that I have seen. I am leaving a review for my elderly mother ....Luis S. Was the friendliest and most professional I have come across ...he went above and beyond service .. he was on time and fixed my .others furnace quickly and waited to see if it worked and heated the house in good amount of time .....while he waited he shoveled her sidewalks which I was going to do after working my own job ...that was very nice and when I got there he was very respectful ....my mom was so amazed and I was too....I get worried of strangers in my mother's home but I could not be there
in time so she wouldn't be alone ...he did not make my mother uneasy and he was very professional and very nice ☺️..he will go far in any business he is in ...he is truly a huge asset to your company ...I thank you for employing a person so friendly and professional and caring for others as he is

Recently, my renter called in a panic because the furnace was not working. I have Home Smart from Xcel. I called and they sent Luis S. to see what could be done. He arrived quickly and was able to do a temporary fix until the needed part came in. He kept me up to date on all that he did and was very polite and professional.
