After having them repair my furnace (not one they installed) I was impressed enough to purchase a three year service contract for furnace, air and plumbing... and believe it was money well spent. When called they respond with a quick appointment. They call before they arrive and let you know who the service specialist will be. The servicemen have all been courteous and very experienced in the work they are here to do. Gene's is a company I'm happy to be doing business with.

Best company we have ever dealt with by far. Gene's staff are always knowledgeable and considerate and go that "extra mile" that separates average from outstanding. A good example is technician Josh B. When at our home inspecting our heating and AC, Josh B. took it upon himself to check out our 11 year old hot water heater. And boy are we glad he did! The unit was ready to go at any time and we never wanted to go through that again for sure. Josh B. then arranged for a new American made replacement heater that he would be installing himself only 5 days later. We couldn't ask for any better service than that, and we plan to be Gene's customers for life! Thanks Josh B. and Gene's.

We were very pleased with Josh's work and quick thinking in finding where the noise was coming from in our laundry room. It had nothing to do with our furnace, but with our steam shower next door. He not only honed in on right away but moved the cats litter box to get to the problem. That is far and beyond the call of duty. We felt pretty silly thinking it was the furnace making a high pitch whistle and a low pitch moan, but doesn't matter its fixed. Thanks for getting out to our house so soon after our call. We have had several major issues, since getting our system in 2009. The techs are great, we always request Josh B. when possible! The Excellence rating is for Josh B. and the Tech Dept. We are disappointed in the Carrier product and are scheduled for yet another issue to be fixed.
