Had my AC and heating replaced this summer
Let them know the issues and replaced AC with the same size and upgraded heating to 5 ton with variable fan
House is so much more comfortable in summer and winter now
Also came out to have humidifier work
They keep let me know when they are coming via text and phone call that was great service and communication
I highly recommend the company

Dan arrived promptly to do seasonal scheduled inspection & maintenance on our HVAC unit. He was diligent and thorough in that work. And was courteous. He patiently explained what he was doing, why, and what his inspection and maintenance results were. As a retired engineer, I can confirm that Dan is highly competent. And trustworthy. He found a circuit board failure and was able to replace the board (covered under warranty) right away. We’ve had great experiences with Eric Smock’s other technicians as well. A solid outfit. I called as soon as I realized my AC wasn't working and someone was out in under an hour. Turns out a part needed to be ordered so it was tentatively repaired. They came back 2 days later with the part and resumed the repair. Excellent customer service. Highly recommended Eric Smock Heating and Air Conditioning.
This is a second review for an emergency call. Within 90 minutes of calling to say that my furnace had stopped working, it was working again. I so much appreciated the quick response on a very cold Sunday evening. Thank you Eric Smock Heating and A/C! You did it again! I have NO REGRETS choosing this company for my HVAC needs. Kevin was very friendly and professional. He found an issue, and gave a quote to clean and fix the furnace issue. He also noticed our water heater was old and gave a quote to replace that, which we appreciated. A flooded basement would not be pleasant!
