Fantastic! I called five (yes five) companies to give a quote. Eric Smock was my fifth. Why? I have no idea and I would have used them sooner. I had my idea for a split system. All other companies attempted to upsell or divert my idea to an entirely different and far more expensive route. Not this team. They saw what I needed. Offered three different solutions and got the quotes back the same day. I financed right then. Their professionalism shines through every person you speak with. Thanks guys! Entire process in having my new HVAC system installed was very quick and easy.
Service technicians were courteous.
The office staff sends numerous emails and phone calls when an appointment needs to made or has been scheduled.
Very professional company.

Smock’s installation crew did an exceptional job. They worked very efficiently, did very neat work, and cleaned up well. Additionally, they treated our property as if it were theirs. They put tarps on the floor around work area and throughout the walkway. They wore booties on their feet to avoid tracking outside debris inside. In unpacking the inside air handler, they noticed several small dents on the cabinet. On their own initiative, they contacted Trane rep and arrangements were made to get a replacement unit to my home in very short order. Not may contractors would do that – again, they treated my property as if it were theirs. After all, isn’t that what we are seeking in selecting a credible contractor. Very admirable! Hello,
Just want to thank Dan Cox for an excellent spring visit. I had a few things that Dan recommended to be done. Knowing Dan from where he came to my work and preformed our service there. When I retired, I call Eric Smock for my service at my house. Dan took the time to explain what need to be done and why. I moved forward and had him do the work. I was very pleased with Dan knowledge and how he explained what he was doing. I would give Dan the highest rating which was the same I gave him at my office.
I have highly recommended Eric Smock to two of my family members and they are now new customers to your company. It is very hard to fine good and knowledgeable people to do your

I have had Eric Smock Heating & Air Conditioning service maintain my Trane heat pump for over five years .When it came to replace my heat pump 2 years ago their sales & installation team were excellent . Every service technician that has come to seasonally maintain my heat pump have been on time ,taken the time to explain what they are doing & are always willing to take the time to answer my many questions & Jim who was my service technician yesterday was no different!
