I sent a message to the company saying that my A.C. was not working and minutes later they called and said they could have someone here in a half hour. Sure enough, Jim showed up, was very pleasant and courteous, took care of the problem in about 15 minutes. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The HVAC professionals who came out to install our system were exceptional. They were courtious, punctual, articulate, knowledgeable, and - most importantly - friendly. After finishing the installation, they wanted to make certain that we understood how to properly operate the system and were comfortable with the mechanics of the installation. Additionally, they inspected our entire HVAC system (including the attic duct work on a hot day) and found a disconnected vent that they promptly repaired.
