I have been a customer for over 10 years and have never had a bad experience with their service. I have had there maintenance contract for many years and it pays off. They inspect the unit twice a year which prevents any problems. They also honor the Trane warranty which can save you many dollars if you have a problem. They have serviced my Trane Heat Pump several times and have always been on time , courteous, very clean in their appearance and always take care to be very clean when working indoors or outdoors. They are always willing to explain what they are doing and do not mind if you are courious like I am and like to watch. The service fees are fair and reasonable. . I highly recommend them . Eric Smock Heating and Air came out to service both of our units after another company no-showed us twice. They were able to correctly diagnose what was wrong and checked to see if the parts were still under warranty, which they were. We are a business location. Eric Smock has always been extremely quick to help us out. We now have a service plan with them because we wouldn't trust anyone else to work on our system! Dan is usually our service tech. He always has a smile and explains what he's going to do or why we should consider anything outside of our plan. They have fair rates and a great response time. I had a water alarm going off in the furnace closet but could not see the problem. Dan was here in minutes, fixed the problem, and answered several questions for me about the Aprilaire humidifier, furnace, and free standing dehumidifier in the library.
