The crew from Cowboy arrived when promised, ready to tackle our move. Emelio, Jesus and John were awesome - courteous, professional and friendly, doing extra when asked. They worked so well together and quickly loaded our furniture, going up and down several levels of stairs in the process. Unloading at the other end was just as good, the guys carried furniture to the rooms requested, and also put many pieces down in the basement for storage. Cowboy generously supplied clothes wardrobes to us - that saved us a huge amount of time - we really appreciated that extra service. Cowboy was recommended to us by a friend, and we would not hesitate to pass along their name to anyone looking for a stress-free move. THANK YOU EMELIO, JESUS & JOHN - YOU ROCK!! Darek and his crew (Darrin, Paul, Jr. and Tim) were great to work with! They worked so hard the entire time, were fun guys to talk with, and went way above our expectations! I was thinking of renting a van and moving from a home in Golden to Elizabeth CO. Then my better senses came to me. We used Cowboy 30 years ago and when I called they knew they had moved us in 1990. 2020 is the move and in one day they moved a truckload that made our life so much easier in a stressful time. John T,Jesus H and Emeleo V. were as pro as it gets and had a great disposition throughout the day and by 4:30 pm we were waving good buy with a easy 3 to 4 day move done. From my first call to Cowboy Moving and Storage until the crew pulled away from our destination, I had a first-class experience. The crew was very efficient and got us loaded up in no time. Once we arrived at our destination, they unloaded and got us settled in. Jesus let me know I would need a new power cord for our clothes dryer and helped us get both the clothes washer and dryer hooked up and ready to go. Happy wife! Cowboy Moving exceeded my expectations for a medium-size move from Denver to Vail Valley! Not only were they professional, timely and worked hard, but they were also proactive about situations and always asked for my opinion before making a decision. Justin was the crew leader and was nice, engaging, and very attentive to "asks" and gestures (i.e. food, drink,etc). The drive time was much shorter then I anticipated and they maneuvered a tricky stair situation like pros! The office staff was extraordinary professional and accommodating and they were 2/3rds the price of the other professional quotes I had received from bigger intrastate movers. Nick, Dan, and Diego did a fantastic job with my move! They were very understanding when we ran into a snag at ABF Freight that was out of everyone's control. They unloaded the containers quickly and were friendly and had fun while doing it! They got some very heavy, bulky items up a narrow staircase and did not do one bit of damage to the apartment or my furniture. I would recommend Cowboy Moving & Storage to anyone, and I would especially recommend the team that assisted me with my move. Another thing that really impressed me - I received a call from Cowboy during the move just to check in and see how the crew was doing and make sure the experience was a good one. Cowboy Moving and Storage was absolutely amazing, but specially this group of guys was incredible! They were very professional, super hard working and ensured all of our furniture and personal items were packed safely. This is a first class business from start to finish. Their professionalism began with the first phone contact with Jose who set up the move to the team of movers Gerald *., Tim *. lead by Taylor *. These guy were highly efficient and never stopped moving from beginning to end. When was the last time you hired a contractor who showed up when they said they would, came to your home properly dressed for the job, respected you, your property and completed the job when they said they would, these guys did. Cowboy Moving was a great choice for moving our business. It was somewhat complicated in that we moved part of our office on one day and the rest on another day and they provided disposal service for items we didn't want to move. We had a big team - Augi, Gerald, Steve, Vance, Luis M, Luis S, Sam, Mario, Diego and Alex - and they were all courteous, respectful and hardworking. They were easily able to adapt to issues that arose as the move progressed. The team at the office was great too. They answered all our questions and worked through all of our requests. After our original moving plan fell through, I did my due diligence...3 quotes. Honestly, I will always go with the company with the best customer service. Little did I know, Cowboy Moving would exceed my perimeters of the term "good customer service". To begin with, initial call and scheduling process was so seamless and they were so kind...I honestly thought it was a hoax! The logistics went as promised, the moving crew arrived on time and the owner called to ensure we were happy with the crew. The crew all came in at the same time and introduced themselves with smiles: Jorge, Vince, Davis, Beto and Pablo. They moved fast, but fast doesn't always mean good. Their kind and happy energy immediately set the tone. It felt like family helping us versus strangers being paid to move our belongings. We have very heavy furniture and they were super respectful of each piece. You would think after a long day of filling a trailer their energy would subside. NOPE! Their positive energy never faltered. I am a strategic planner and can analytically prove the success of companies who value people. Thank you, Cowboy Moving, for valuing people, internal and external. Not only do their ratings reflect their success, but their workforce brings that same people-centric service on-site and bring comfort to such a stressful time in folks' lives. The first move from our house to the garage for a floor refinish went fine and cost $600. The move back from the garage to the house was bad. First, it cost $900. I can't see why moving back would cost more, not less except for the fact that the second team wasn't as good, and one of them hardly worked at all. The whole team at Cowboy is great! The office called me about a week before to confirm the move, and were responsive with any questions I had. John and his team, Jesus & Emilio, were professional, efficient, friendly and polite. Although it was a long day, they got the job done with no damage to my furniture. I fault the office for not providing them with all the directions to my house (a rural location) although I was assured twice on the phone that they did have them. Mike Moore, Tim Radcliffe and Paul Sandoval helped me move furniture in my home, multiple heavy antique pieces, they moved some furniture out to a donation station, and made another stop to pick up a large antique sofa to take to my sister. I was so impressed with their attention to detail in moving my furniture around so that nothing was damaged, they were so so careful, and their work is greatly appreciated by me. We are getting ready to refinish our wood floors so I had Cowboy Moving & Storage come out and move all the the furniture from the wood floors to the garage. Nick and Noah did an awesome job!
