Todd is a friendly professional associate. He explained what was wrong and also showed me the rusted worn out parts he that needed to be replaced.
One of the things he did that none of the other guys have ever done( I've been a customer of Worthington Air since 1999) was turn off the lights in the basement when he was finished. I was really appreciative of this. I will request Todd the next time my furnace acts up. Todd B. 11/22/14 |

Ian was very thorough in explaining the suspected problems with the furnace. I then made the decision that it was more expedient to replace the furnace as it was 26 years old. Kurt came out to explain the options and was also very thorough in his explanation. The decision of what kind to buy was left completely up to me. There was no pressure at all and I really appreciated Kurt's helping me understand the differences between the choices available. Kurt was very professional and prompt. I've always had excellent experience with Columbus Worthington Air. I've had different technicians visit my house and each one has been pleasant to work with, always answering my questions. They have taken great care of my HVAC equipment. UPDATE 11/19/2014: It has been a year since my last review. Not much to update. Have had two scheduled maintenance visits and each time the service has been great. The most recent visit was by Kenny Ward, who provided great service and answered any questions that I had. Had my winter furnace check-up today (10/23/2014); done by Service TECH Jamie Thompson. I have had Jamie out to my house multiple times to check out my furnace and air conditioning unit. Today we had a problem with our HVAC system - we had no heat. We tried Columbus Worthington Air and they sent Kenny Ward. We were so happy with his service. Very professional and explained our problem and the best and most economical way to address it. We decided we wanted to keep him around for such things. We were so happy that we even signed a service agreement for a year. I am happy to give them a 5 star rating - we will be a long-time customer! Jamie T came to my home to fix my furnace. I had problems with voles getting in my unit and shutting it down. I have had this problem for years and my previous company would come and remove the voles, and said there was nothing more they could do. And, I would pay them year after year to do just that. Jamie came in to eval the problem, immediately went to home depot to get a piece to fix it and came back within 15 minutes to FIX the problem. He told me that they deal with this often, and after his fix, I should not have any more problems with voles shutting my unit down. I have no reason to believe any different, I trust what he says!! Scheduled an appointment to have my A/C system checked using a ValPak coupon. I already had experience with Columbus/Worthington Air at a different residence and thought it would be a good idea to have them look at this system. Nick called about 20 mins before he was to arrive and he did an inspection of my system, inside and outside, and left me feeling confident that the system is working well.
