They did a recent install poor work the salesman setup house incorrectly so my heat pump is undersized and will not heat my home.. They refuse to fix problem because the have racial issues against me... So sad.. Admin A. 02/08/21 |

I called with a furnace problem on a Tuesday, David came out on Wednesday and let me know it was probably time to replace my 13 year old furnace, Joe came on Thursday to quote me and Rob and Sergio came on Friday to do the install. Everyone was friendly and professional and never once talked down to me or tried to upsell me and I believe I got a fair price. Rob and Sergio worked quickly and cleanly, including relocating my AC unit outside. Everything looks better than when they started! Their COVID protocols were excellent, all four were masked and careful to maintain social distance and had Clorox wipes to clean up. Paperwork and payment happened online. We used Columbus Worthington Air to replace our 25 year old HVAC unit. Everyone has been wonderful! We called and within 2 days they had sent out a sales rep, Joe P., (he was so nice and informative and not pushy at all which was awesome), given an estimate and had the new system installed! I've been very impressed with Columbus Worthington Air since I started using them last year. They are always professional and arrive on time! My AC went out unexpectedly last week, and Lee (technician) arrived within a few hours to assess the problem. I ended up needing to buy a new HVAC system. Mike Brooks provided a quote in the same day! He was extremely professional, explained the process and options, without pressuring me to buy. Although the prices are a little high, CWA's great customer service and expertise is top notch, and I don't regret shopping around for cheaper deals. Lee came out to inspect and could’ve fixed it for several thousand dollars but due to the age of the unit (24 years) he recommended a new one altogether instead of the costly repair. Mike was able to come out the same day to go over my options. Both gentlemen were very nice, professional, on time, informative, and helpful. I wasn’t pushed into buying anything, but did go with the most expensive option due to efficiency and quality. Financing options were nice and simple. Rob C. and Adam came out a couple of days later to install everything. Once again, they were professional, on time, and quick. Had everything done in just a couple of hours. Adam S and Nic J installed a furnace and ac unit today. They were prompt, professional, and worked well together. They were knowledgeable and took care to respect the flooring and place in general.
CWA has been great to work with. Mike Brooks did a great job of explaining options and even put up with our dog.
Adam and Nic tested both the heating and ac units and explained everything prior to their cleanup and departure.

After they installed 2 furnace and a/c systems, they work fine. Getting them to show up for annual service is impossible. Over the last 2 years I scheduled an appt. only to have them call the day before and cancel because of high demand from other customers. The last time they cancelled, i rescheduled 3 weeks later and they called again to cancel.
