My husband and I were very pleased with the service we received. The technician was friendly, professional, honest and took the time to explain what was wrong and why our furnace was not operating properly.

Jaime just serviced my furnace that stopped working on a 19 degree day. He was courteous, polite, very friendly and patient with my nosey cat. And of course my furnace is working great for now. My unit is over 17 years old. Jaime took the time to explain the repair and all my options for a replacement, which is recommended. He left me some tips on filters to use and suggestions for the house. Jaime is awesome and Worthington Air as usual gave outstanding service starting with the receptionist. Thank you so much. We cannot say enough great tings when it comes to our experience with Columbus Worthington Air, especially our service technician Kurt M. We had an issue wit hour furnace and we had someone come out to look at the issue within two hours. Kurt called us when her was 30 minutes away and arrived right on time. He was very professional when he arrived and was able to figure out our issue very quickly which was with our thermostat. He was VERY VERY knowledgeable when it came to our all electric heat pump system along with our Nest Thermostat. He talked to us about his findings and everything he was doing while we were hovering over him :) He was very thorough and offered great advise and was able to answer all of the questions we had for him. We really appreciate his expertise and recommendations. We feel he went above and beyond. We would recommenced Columbus Worthington Air to anyone and especially Kurt M. If we ever have any other issues we will call them first and ask for Kurt to help us again. Thank you!

Shelby B. went beyond thorough; he missed nothing. Including an egregious error--made by ProTech Northland installers--that had left my furnace humidifier inoperative (unknown and unknowable to me) since its installation 8 years ago, and which error was never found during ProTech Northland annual "inspections" ever since. I am so glad to have switched to Columbus Worthington Air for annual servicing, and I am particularly grateful to Shelby. Delaine was our technician and he did an excellent job. He arrived on time, was courteous, and serviced our furnace quickly & efficiently. Our furnace setup is awkward so Delaine had to twist and contort himself to actually inspect the furnace. But he got in there & performed the inspection. Kurt came out to my house on Christmas Eve in the afternoon. He was quick, courteous, and very knowledgeable on the products for my home. He quoted me different options and let me decide which option I wanted to choose. He gave me the benefits of replacing both units versus just one. I request Jamie Thompson, Service Technician, to complete the yearly inspection of my furnace. Jamie is very approachable, which is a good thing because I always have a lot of questions. Jamie always takes the time to educate me on the maintenance of the furnace, and is always very professional in doing so. The most important thing to me, however, is the fact that I know I can trust him. Columbus Worthington Air again promptly responded to our call. We had no heat on the first floor of the house, a problem that Kenny found was due to an igniter problem.
