Columbus Worthington Air has always delivered excellent customer service to me from day 1, approximately 10 years ago. Today, Kurt Mori, a service tech, exceeded my expectations by coming back to get a maintenance appointment completed. It would have been very easy for him to say I would have to schedule another appointment, but he didn t. I m glad this company understands and delivers the concept of 5-star service...keep up the great work!!! Thank You! Columbus Worthington Air has been wonderful to work with. We have the maintenance plan for our AC and our Furnace and they always remind us - unfortunately, we aren t always prompt in getting it done. I love the fact that they remind us! Our favorite technician is Jamie. He is thorough and explains what he is looking for and what (if anything) we need to do. I feel that because of Jamie, our furnace and AC are in great working order and my husband and I never have to worry about having heat or cool air. Thank You! I contacted Worthington Air and they were able to have a technician out to my house within 1.5 hours of my call. I was very pleased with this as my schedule was not very flexible and I needed immediate assistance because of the weather. The technician, Jamie T., was very courteous and knowledgable. He was able to diagnose the problem within 10 minutes and even offer great advice for my service options on my furnace. I would highly recommend Worthington Air for there great service, honesty, and integrity.

Ryan Calder was FANTASTIC! He was professional! He cared that we were in a cold house and he worked on our furnace until he fixed it. He gave us options and explained the benefits of the newer furnaces. He thoroughly cleaned each part of our existing furnace. He answered all of our questions with knowledge and experience. Ryan was thorough. He persisted until he was sure that our furnace was back in working condition. Cols. Worthington has always had fine representatives. Ryan is really EXTRAORDINARY! He deserves our very highest rating! We wish him and CWA the very best!!!!!

Columbus Worthington air did a great job - they made my furnace run better, my house is warmer now and my gas bill didn't go up. They also showed me how to put my filter in right and how I was buying the wrong size filter. Great job - thanks Ian!

The gas valve on our furnace broke on Christmas Eve morning. Matt D. was the technician who came to the house. He found the problem quickly and explained the issue and some different cost options. Matt was upbeat and pleasant throughout the whole process. We've always had good service from Columbus Worthington Air, and I highly recommend Matt D. as a technician to ask for.

Ian was wonderful- we were having quite a bad time b/c furnace stopped working and it got COLD- he was knowledgeable, professional,efficient and so nice! We were very happy to get such excellent customer service. The 2 gentlemen who installed the furnace were equally good- thanks to the whole crew ! I highly recommend CWA!

Shane M. was very professional, courteous, punctual, and explained to me in layman's terms how my furnance operated and what I needed to be looking for to ensure there were no issues over the coming winter months. The ignitor needed to be replaced, he showed me the part explained why it needed to be replaced and took the time to compare it to a new ignitor so I could see the difference.

Steve was our technician, and he came out for our initial call that our CO detector had gone off. He was very efficient in checking the entire house for CO and he answered all of our questions. Then he went ahead and did our yearly furnace inspection since he was here.

I am writing to compliment Columbus Worthington Air, and in particular, Service Technician Shane M. for an outstanding service maintenance call completed on Sunday, December 2. My original appointment for seasonal furnace maintenance was scheduled for Monday, December 3. Sunday afternoon, I received a call from the Columbus Worthington Air dispatcher noting that a technician was in my area. If I was interested, they could stop by and take care of the maintenace call that afternoon rather than tying up Monday morning. I said that was good, and within an hour, Shane arrived and took care of the maintenance call on my new Bryant unit which was installed in June. Shane was professional, courteous, and completely knowledgeable about my unit and all of the peripherals, including my Humidifier. He did a thorough job on all of the required items, and also reset our digital programmable thermostat to better accommodate our scheduled preferences. I was totally impressed and satisfied with the job Shane did and in the manner in which he represented his company and himself. Columbus Worthington Air was quick on the scene when our furnace unexpectedly broke down. They diagnosed the problem in short order and presented our options. We went with replacement rather than repair. They sent Brian out to the house to inspect our system and show us our replacement options that very day. It was cold, and we had no way to heat our house until it was installed, but they were able to rearrange their schedule to get the new furnace in quickly. The installation went very well, and we are quite happy with our new furnace and Columbus Worthington Air. Thanks guys/1

Columbus Worthington Air always sends out nice competent people. I called them after having multiple problems with another company, sent to me by the home warranty company. The others would not change the malfunctioning part. Jamie, at CW Air, got the part under warranty and put it into a tight spot -- even completed it in the same day. They had to charge me for the labor (since they did not provide the warranty for that) but did so as cheaply as possible. Jamie also had a manual copied for me since the first company did not bother to leave it. I will continue to use this company. All of the employees seem to care about their clients and their workmanship.

Very professional! I had yearly maintenance done to my 22 year old furnace and Kurt checked over everything very carefully. This is the second time I've used CWA to do the yearly maintenance. No doubt, It would be easy to find anything wrong with a 22 year old furnace, but mine got a clean bill of health and Kurt left no stone unturned -- he gave me stats on everything from temperature rise to blower power to gasline pressure. I've had other companies charge more to simple open the service panel and turn the unit on and off for a half hour. But CWA does the job right! When it's time to replace my HVAC, you can bet CWA will be here to do the install! Highly recommended!

I have worked with Worthington air now for a couple of years and am very happy with this company compared ot last company I used. Jamie Thompson has been my technician since day one. Jamie has had multiple problems to trouble shoot, some difficult , some easy. Jamie has always tried very hard to resolve the problem, and if he couldn't he would try to find the answers. He is very qualified, and super nice to work with. My only suggestion is that when purchasing the different plans available for the winterization and summer maintenance that all things be done that is listed on the list, as that is what we are paying for. I highly recommend Worthington Air and appreciate all the fine work they have done.

I am confident that they are not only extending the life of my equipment, but improving the efficiency of the operation at the same time. Our furnace died and CW Air was able to get someone out the same day. The problem turned out to be a faulty control board. Matt from Columbus Worthington Air was excellent. He diagnosed the problem, rushed across town to pick up the part, called to give me an update of where he was in traffic, and came back outside regular hours to fix it so we wouldn't go another day without heat. During the process, Matt educated me on a number of helpful topics concerning my furnace. Excellent guy did an excellent job. Couldn't recommend him or the company more.

I've been using Columbus Worthington AIr servicing for 25 years on my Trane heat pump. Jamie has performed preventive maintenance several times on the system and has done such a great job that now I ask for him specifically. He is knowledgeable, is a dedicated worker and takes the time to answer my questions and gives me practical advice for maintenance of the system between visits. Oh, by the way, my system is now been installed for 25 years with no major problems. I attribute this longevity to the preventive maintenance. When the time comes I will probably go with Columbus Worthington Air for the new unit.
