I was very happy with the service. My a/c was thoroughly checked and a check list was provided indicating each check point. The service technician was very professional. I thought it was nice that he used booties over his shoes to prevent tracking in dirt. He arrived within the time period and called before coming.. We purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for an A/C tune-up from Columbus Worthington Air. Kenny Ward was a very good technician. The entire Columbus Worthington Air experience was positive. I received a phone call on appointment day instructing me that Kenny was on his way. 15 minutes later, Kenny was at my door ready to go to work. He went right to it, starting in the basement, checking the blower and replaced my air filter at my request. Then he checked out the outside unit, all metered good and he then cleaned the unit with our hose. After the service, he suggested a Start Assist unit for our compressor, quoted an installed price, and explained its benefits. We did not do the kit, but I appreciate his suggestion. Ian was excellent. I had a new furnace installed last fall and had some questions about heat distribution. He responded to everything. In addition, when he was checking the air conditioner, he noticed a problem wire with a neighbor's air conditioner (condos; air conditioners are side by side). I was able to explain that to her later that day.

We scheduled the spring hvac system tune-up with Columbus Worthington Air approximately two weeks ago. As planned the service tech called on the scheduled date to inform as to his arrival time. The service tech that came was Jamie Thompson, he arrived at the scheduled time, came with all of the tools etc. to complete the task. He was very friendly and did a great job of explaining how the system worked and what things we could look for to ensure the system was maintained properly. We are having issues with our smart phone communicating with the thermostat, and Jamie went through the connection process but could not get the two devices to communicate. He advised that we go back online and attempt to reset the connections and if that did not take care of the issue, to contact CWA. We have used this company now for our last two homes. The first time we needed a new furnace and air unit. We did our homework checking models and pricing with several different companies in town. By far, your company beat the others hands down. We purchased a whole new unit at that time and loved our service tech Jamie T. , who then did our twice a year service inspections. Fast forward to present home purchased 2009. We knew who would be servicing our furnace/air here, Jamie T!
