We have worked with Columbus Worthington Air for many years. They have provided us good advice and recommendations. We have always been pleased with their prompt and pleasant response when service has been needed. Their technicians (today it was Kenny W.) have always been pleasant, friendly, knowledgeable, explained issues clearly, and provided excellent service. I appreciate that the office calls when the technician is on the way,even though we know the window of their arrival. They are prompt. They have never failed to show. Tuesday afternoon Jeff and Andrew from Columbus/Worthington Air installed a new furnace and thermostat in our home. They were very efficient in placing protective cloths and even placed extra protection on our ****** ***** garage surface since they were working through our garage. They answered all of our questions and were a delight to have in our home. They took all of the old and unneeded pieces to their truck and cleaned up afterwards. Jeff B and Todd R did a fabulous installation of our new air and furnace units. They spent a lot of time building the units from scratch and connecting to our existing duct work. They were incredibly knowledgeable and did an excellent job getting it all put together. They also worked very well with each other and joked with each other all day.
