I have a contract with Columbus Worthington Air. When I called about excessive use of water through my HVAC system, they scheduled service in 2 work days with my choice of time ranges. The Service Specialist, Kenny Ward, quickly diagnosed the problem and figured out how to fix it. He was professional, task-focused and willing to answer all my questions. I was very satisfied with his service, and I'm very happy with Columbus Worthington Air.

I've dealt with Columbus Worthington Air for 8-9 years now, and I'm still impressed. They come when they promise, do what's expected or better and are trustworthy. Over the years there have been several times that they could have done it the honest way or be dishonest -- they've chosen the honest way every time. I've never been disappointed in their work. Most recently Delaine F. came for the spring check-up of the system. Like usual, he was on time, professional, helpful -- all the qualities you'd like to see. I'm sure there are other good companies, but I have no plans to change from these folks.

We have trusted them over the years to handle our heating and cooling needs and have never been disappointed. Ryan C. was friendly and personable; he went out of his way to answer questions some of which were not related to the service call. It was very kind of Ryan to bring up our trash bin.

Jamie was super friendly and efficient. He identified the problem in minutes and had it replaced nearly as fast. Within 30 minutes of pulling in the driveway, he was out the door. Next time we lose heat, we know who to call.

I was having some issues with the furnace on the coldest day of the year. They sent Jamie out and he was so knowledgeable and explained everything. He got the furnace running better than it was when I moved in 7 years ago. I just might get some more life out of this furnace after all. Jamie will be the only one I call from now on.

Serviceman Kurt came out immediately, diagnosed the problem, made a temporary fix so I had heat and got the sales rep Kurt out immediately also! Both were professional, honest, pleasant, helpful, and kind. I will have a new heat pump and furnace/humidifier in 2 days. Worthington Air employees are great!

Kenny Ward was just great - I was afraid that I had a serious problem developing with my furnace - Kenny arrived promptly, determined that it was simply that the filter was clogged (well before it was supposed to need replacing) because the extremely cold weather has meant that the furnace is running much more than usual. He was super nice, and the price for the service call was very reasonable - I will definitely use this company again.

The furnace installers. Dan and Josh, were courteous, friendly and efficient. On a very cold February day they were able to get the new furnace in and running without the house temperature falling below 62 degrees.

When I called after hours to report that my furnace was not working, the answering service said they would have a technician call me. Kurt responded within minutes, and arrived at my home shortly thereafter. He was friendly, courteous, extremely professional and very thorough, explaining the inspection process/fees and answering all of my questions. Kurt explained the problem with the furnace, and made the repair in a timely manner. As a result of this experience, I purchased the maintenance plan, and I am now a loyal CWA customer.

He was realistic and helpful, not trying to sell me the "top of the line" that would have been inappropriate for the older home we live in. He outlined the choices clearly and answered my questions well. Also, when I had a conflict on the original date chosen for installation, he quickly moved it to a different date. In all, a good experience. Originally, Jamie, the repair technician, came on a service call to get my aging furnace working after the motor quit. He was courteous and professional throughout. When I asked him about purchasing a new furnace, he explained that was not his line but he could connect me with someone (which is how Kurt came to contact me). In addition to completing the initial repairs and getting me in touch with Kurt, Jamie was able to have the company apply my repair costs toward the purchase of a new furnace, saving me from paying twice. As with Kurt, it was a satisfying professional experience.

Jamie was at my home today. He is very polite and efficient. He examined the furnace and humidifier and determined the cause of the leak. The humidifier filter needed replaced. Jamie then adjusted the water flow and the wall settings on the thermostat. Jamie has been to my home before and I am always pleased with his performance. He parked on the street so not to bring salt onto my driveway and put his shoe covers on to protect my floors. I would prefer that Jamie is permanently assigned to my home.
